The Central Economic Work Conference held in December 2022 called for boosting the confidence of market entities and further stimulating social creativity and market vitality.Since enterprises are the main body of the market,the key to stimulate the vitality of enterprises and improve the enthusiasm and initiative of employees is the key to boost the confidence of market subjects.However,in the context of economic globalization and the development of the Internet,as well as the increasing social anxiety,employees show low proactive behavior and low sense of work significance.Therefore,it is very urgent to improveAfter combing the previous literature,the academic community has conducted a lot of research on the influencing factors of employees’ proactive behavior and achieved results.Individual differences(demographic characteristics,knowledge and skills,personality characteristics,etc.)and situational factors(leadership style,work characteristics,organizational atmosphere,etc.)have an important influence on the proactive behavior of employees.However,few studies have focused on the action mechanism of the overall concept of perception of total reward,and there is also a lack of discussion on the impact of proactive behavior by improving the sense of work meaning.In China,the research of overall remuneration perception is not adapted to the practice that the organization needs to improve work enthusiasm through overall remuneration,and there is also a lack of theoretical and practical guidance for the practical problems of the lack of work meaning perception.In this regard,this paper takes the perception of total reward as the influence mechanism to explore employees ’ proactive behavior,takes the sense of work meaning as the intermediary variable,introduces the workplace friendship as the adjustment variable,and constructs the model of employees’ total reward perception-sense of work meaning-proactive behavior Based on the social exchange theory,online and offline questionnaires were used,and 599 valid questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS26.0 and AMOS statistical software.The conclusion:(1)the perception of total reward significantly affects the employees ’proactive behavior;(2)the relationship between the perception of total reward and the employees’ proactive behavior;(3)the workplace friendship positively regulates the relationship between the perception of total reward and the sense of work meaning,the higher the degree of workplace friendship,the stronger the positive relationship between the perception of total reward and the sense of work meaning.Therefore,this paper discusses the intrinsic motivation effect of proactive behavior,added the perception of total reward positive role of related literature,also enriched the perception of total reward,work sense of meaning and workplace friendship in China,provide the optimization of Chinese situation organization management,new path for the enterprise by perfecting economic and non-economic compensation design to improve employee initiative behavior,by creating good harmonious interpersonal atmosphere,build employees work sense,so as to achieve win-win cooperation between employees,organizations and society.
