With the change of the external environment and internal structure of the enterprise,employees are required to not only complete their own tasks,but also actively find problems and opportunities in the work,actively innovate and actively make suggestions.The proactive behavior of employees is more and more important to the survival and development of enterprises in the future.In addition,the staff want to get a better career development in the organization,must take the initiative to go to study,take the initiative to take responsibility,take the initiative to accept the challenge,reserve knowledge,improve ability in the work,to expand influence,enhance self value.The reality is that most employees lack initiative and accept tasks passively.Therefore,how to promote employees' proactive behavior has become a difficult problem for managers.Therefore,this paper focuses on the employee's proactive behavior and the influence and mechanism of commitment-based human resource management practices on employees' proactive behavior,Based on self-determination theory and the positive emotion broaden-and-build theory,322 employees from 40 companies in Shanghai,Nanjing,Hefei and other places were selected as the research object,this paper investigated the impacts of high commitment work system on employee proactive behavior and mediating role of work meaning and work well-being.The results show that: HCWS positively affects employee's proactive behavior,work meaning and work wellbeing plays a part of intermediary role in this process.Based on the above results,this paper suggests that companies pay attention to employee lack of initiative,and the implementation of HCWS by adjusting or encourage the proactive behavior.Enterprises should attach importance to employee input and support in the implementation of HCWS,and strive to create a harmonious working environment,which is conducive to stimulate work meaning and experience more well-being,when employees are more motivated to work more,bringing about positive change for the organization.
