Due to the increasing work pressure,employees gradually regard the comfort and fun in the workplace as their spiritual pursuit.More and more companies at home and abroad are aware of it and bring workplace fun into management,even as their own corporate culture.Besides,there is a close relationship between corporate atmosphere and employee's behavior.A harmonious and comfortable atmosphere can not only promote positive behaviors of employees,but also inhibit their negative behaviors.In recent years,“post-90s” employees have stepped into the workplace and gradually become the main force.However,“insubordination”,“disengaged”,“slack in work” and “work inactively” have become their labels.How to meet the spiritual needs of “post-90s” employees at the workplace according to their characteristics,and how to stimulate their work enthusiasm and reduce their counterproductive work behaviors become the urgent and important problems which need their manager to know and solve in the process of the daily management.This paper reviews lots of relative researches at home and abroad,then choose “post-90s” employees as the research sample to discuss the relationship between the workplace fun and employee's behaviors(e.g.proactive behavior and counterproductive work behaviors)through empirical research based on the demand theory of Maslow's and social exchange theory.Besides,this paper also introduces the organizational embeddedness as the mediator variable.This paper use lots of statistical analysis method to process data which this paper collected by SPSS 21.0,such as: the difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.This paper has following conclusions: The workplace fun has a positive impact on the proactive behavior of “post-90s” employees,and has a negative impact on counterproductive work behaviors.The workplace fun has a positive impact on the organizational embeddedness of “post-90s” employees.The organizational embeddedness partially mediated the relationship between the workplace fun and employee's behavior(proactive behavior,counterproductive work behaviors).The “post-90s” employees' proactive behavior,counterproductive work behaviors and the workplace fun have significant differences in gender,marital status and academic qualifications respectly.This paper was studied in the context of China,not only enriches the research of variables,but also provides new ideas for managers to manage the “post-90s” employees.
