Study On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Rural Collective Economy Driven By The Characteristic Industries In Wanzhou Distric

The rural collective economy is a prominent manifestation of China’s socialist market economic system reform.The report of the 19 th National Congress clearly pointed out that we should strengthen the reform of the rural collective property rights system,protect the property rights of farmers and strengthen the collective economy.The development of rural collective economy is a major measure to promote rural reform,development and stability,and consolidate grass-roots political power.In recent years,all localities have adhered to the principle of adjusting measures to local conditions and taken various measures to actively explore a new model of rural collective development,which has promoted the rapid development of the rural collective economy.However,on the whole,the foundation of rural collective economy is still weak,and shell villages account for a large proportion,especially some villages with relatively scarce collective assets and resources.The impetus for development is very weak,and it is difficult to assume the responsibility of narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas and promoting the continuous increase of farmers’ income.In recent years,Wanzhou District has actively explored the development and expansion of rural collective economy based on its own reality,but there are still many problems.This paper takes the characteristic industries in Wanzhou District of Chongqing to drive the development of rural collective economy as the research object,and takes the methods of literature analysis,interview investigation,case analysis,etc.to investigate the current situation of the characteristic industries and collective economy in Wanzhou District.On this basis,it selects the characteristic industries in Wanzhou District,Ganning Rose Orange,Tai’an Tea,White Goat Lemon,Longju Traditional Chinese Medicine and Luhua Chicken,for in-depth analysis,Summarize its basic situation and specific practices,excavate the restrictive factors of characteristic industries driving the development of rural collective economy and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to provide theoretical reference for the development and expansion of rural collective economy in Wanzhou District.
