Research On The Development Of Rural Private Economy In Wanzhou District

Under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization,it is an inevitable trend of rural economic development in Wanzhou to speed up the development of rural private economy and promote farmers’ income,agricultural development and rural stability.In order to further develop the rural private economy in Wanzhou District,we must accurately find out the existing problems and causes on the basis of systematic investigation.On the basis of drawing lessons from the successful experience of similar areas,we should suit the remedy to the case and improve it.But at present,the investigation and research of rural private economy in Wanzhou District is still lagging behind.This paper is an attempt to this task.This paper investigates the rural private economy in three different locations of Wanzhou District,including the development of private economy in Ganning Town,Wanzhou District,the development of Qinong Goat Breeding Co-operatives in Wanzhou District,and the development of Guhongju Co-operatives in Wanzhou District.On the basis of investigation,this paper analyses the problems existing in the development of rural private economy in Wanzhou District.The problems are as follows: low scale and intensive development;low investment in science and technology leads to low added value of products;lack of standardized and close linkage mechanism between enterprises and farmers;difficulty in employment has gradually become the bottleneck of development;financing still exists;imperfect government policies;imperfect industrial chain of agricultural products;and high-value regional brands have not yet been formed.After recognizing the problems existing in the development of rural private economy in Wanzhou,this paper summarizes the basic situation,main practices and achievements of rural private economic development cases in Meijiang Town,Xinglongao Village,Anping Town,Fengjie County,Santuo Village,Baima Town,Tiefu Village,Wulong District,and summarizes different cases in order to learn from and solve the rural private economy in Wanzhou.Problems in economic development.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to solve the problems existing in the development of rural private economy in Wanzhou District: to improve the scale and intensive degree of industry;to increase the added value of products by investing in science and technology;to further improve the mechanism of linking the interests of enterprises and farmers;to solve the problem of employment by popularizing mechanized agricultural tools and cultivating new farmers;to expand financing channels;to improve government policies;to establish the whole industry of agricultural products.Chain;cultivate high-value regional brands.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the current development status,research background,literature review,research significance and related theoretical basis of private enterprises in China.The second part introduces the current situation of the research object from the aspects of natural conditions,social and economic conditions,policy conditions and the basic situation of private economic development in Wanzhou District.In the third part,three cases of Wanzhou District are analyzed and summarized.The fourth part sums up some problems existing in the development of private economy in Wanzhou District through the case of the third part.The fifth part lists three cases which can be used for reference in other areas of Chongqing and summarizes them.The sixth part puts forward some suggestions for the problems of private economy in Wanzhou District.
