Research On The Development Of Modern Characteristic Agriculture In Wanzhou District

The 2020 Central Document No.1 will focus on the two aspects of poverty alleviation and shortcomings.The key to these two major tasks lies in the effectiveness of the work on agriculture,rural areas and farmers.How to improve the competitiveness of regional agriculture and promote the increase of farmers’ income is of great significance for solving my country’s "three rural" issues.Characteristic agricultural modernization is a part of the composition of socialist roads with Chinese characteristics.General Secretary Xi Jinping once pointed out that "we must encourage and support the peasants,develop local agriculture based on local resources" and "do a good job of modern agriculture." Taking the development path of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics,accelerating the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,and steadily and steadily,it has great practical significance in advancing my country’s market reform,building a modern economic system,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,enhancing regional agricultural competitiveness and increasing people’s income.In recent years,my country has continuously strengthened government guidance,formulated and implemented relevant policies to promote the development of characteristic agriculture.On the basis of the development of existing agriculture,innovative selection of agricultural industries that are different from other regions and have unique characteristics will play an important role in Wanzhou District’s promotion of modern agricultural characteristics,firm promotion of rural revitalization,and enrichment of regional industrial support.Select Wanzhou District as the research object of this article,hoping to put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the development of modern characteristics of Wanzhou District,which will play a certain role in promoting the development of modern agriculture in Wanzhou District,and also provide the development of characteristic industries in other regions.In this paper,through research literature,interviews with experts,the use of analytic hierarchy process,select three first-level indicators,12second-level indicators to establish an evaluation index system,analyze the various factors affecting the development level of modern agricultural characteristics in Wanzhou District,calculate 2013 to 2017 The five-year Wanzhou District Modern Characteristic Agriculture Development Evaluation Score can be obtained from the comprehensive level of Wanzhou District Modern Characteristic Agriculture from 2013 to 2017.There are 6 parts in this article.The first chapter,introduction,introduces the writing foundation of this article.The second chapter elaborates the related concepts and theories of modern characteristic agriculture.The third chapter qualitatively analyzes the development conditions of modern characteristic agriculture and the current status of the four characteristic industries in Wanzhou District through data.Chapter 4 selects indicators,builds an evaluation system for the development of modern characteristics of agriculture in Wanzhou District,uses AHP to quantitatively analyze the development level of modern characteristics of agriculture in Wanzhou District from 2013 to 2017,and combines with field research to obtain modern characteristics of agriculture in Wanzhou District Existing problems.Chapter V,countermeasures for the development of modern characteristic agriculture in Wanzhou District,provides a certain reference for the Wanzhou District Government to formulate policies,hoping to play a certain role in promoting the development of characteristic agriculture in Wanzhou District.The sixth chapter,the conclusion,summarizes the full text,the analysis is insufficient.
