Survey On Satisfaction Of Rural Tourists In Wanzhou District

Rural tourism,as a new way of tourism,attracts more and more tourists into rural areas with its own uniqueness.It has become an effective way for the country to solve the "three rural" issues and promote social harmony.It has played an important role in absorbing rural surplus labor,changing the appearance of villages and increasing the income of farmers.In this paper,Wanzhou District is selected as the research area,with tourist satisfaction as the starting point,and based on a comprehensive review of domestic and foreign literature on rural tourism tourist satisfaction,the whole region’s rural tourism is studied.First,through literature collection and field visits to understand the current situation of rural tourism development in the whole region,analyze the factors that may affect the satisfaction of rural tourism tourists in Wanzhou District,and establish an evaluation index system of rural tourism tourists satisfaction in Wanzhou District,which includes 7 secondary Indicators,35 three-level indicators,and then through the questionnaire survey to obtain the importance of the tourists’ evaluation indicators and the tourists’ satisfaction with the evaluation indicators;secondly,under the premise of the validity of the questionnaire data,a sample description of the data results Analyze the basic information,travel characteristics and overall perception and evaluation of rural tourists,and analyze the significant correlation between the overall perception and importance of tourists,the willingness to revisit and the willingness to recommend through correlation,and the importance of indicators The difference analysis of satisfaction and satisfaction shows that the average satisfaction of each indicator is less than the average of importance,and a paired sample T test concludes that there is a significant difference between the importance and satisfaction of the indicator;finally,through IPA analysis,35 The evaluation indicators are distributed in different quadrants of the coordinate system,which intuitively reflects the advantages and enhancements of rural tourism in Wanzhou District,and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
