Research On The Development Of Village Level Collective Economy In Renhe District,Panzhihua City

Xi Jinping,General Secretary of the Communist Party of China(CPC)Central Committee,stressed that developing the collective economy can ensure common prosperity and also promote the development of the rural commodity economy.Developing and strengthening village-level collective economy is the key and difficult point of rural primary-level construction,which is related to the stability of rural society and the vital interests of the masses.To promote the construction of a new socialist countryside,the existence and development of the rural collective economy is necessary.It is an innovative product,a Chinese characteristic formed in the process of sinicizing Marxism,and a powerful tool for building a strong modern village with Chinese characteristics,and a sharp sword for promoting rural revitalization strategies and achieving common prosperity.The development of the collective economy has ensured the stability of agriculture,farmers,and rural areas.It is also a method to ensure the common prosperity of farmers and the national food safety ethics,and prevent large-scale poverty issue.Panzhihua City,located in the Hengduan Mountains,is a typical industrial city with rich mineral resources.According to the survey documents and relevant information,there are a series of problems in agricultural infrastructure and industrial structure,and lack of agricultural talents in Panzhihua City have greatly hindered the development of the agricultural collective economy in Renhe District.How to develop the collective economy,optimize the collective industrial structure,adjust the business model of collective organizations,solve the development problem of the agricultural collective economy in Renhe District,and then drive the development of the collective economy in Panzhihua is an essential issue that needs to be solved urgently.This article is based on the theories of agricultural cooperative economy,economies of scale,transaction cost,and organizational development.Using literature research,induction,and questionnaire survey methods,the collective economy in Renhe District,Panzhihua City is studied.The six major problems that constrain the development of the collective economy in Renhe District are identified,and the following issues are identified: low quality of village collective organization development,weak overall collective development ability Collective asset management needs to be strengthened,collective business vitality is low,talent strength for collective organization development is weak,and the collective organization industry is single and the chain extension is short.Through the method of experience learning,the collective economic development experiences of Baisha Village in Sichuan Province,Zhonghaoyu Village in Zibo City,Pinggui District in Guangxi,and Zhanqi Village in Pidu District were analyzed and summarized in detail.In response to the problems identified above,the cultivation of collective economic ideas and the broadening of collective economic thinking for cadres and masses were proposed;Based on its own advantages,explore a new model of rural collective economic development;Improve the internal management system and strengthen the management ability of village collective organizations;Increase talent cultivation efforts and establish a talent introduction system;Expand the scale of cooperative operations and promote industrial integration;Improve policy support and enhance support measures,hoping to provide reference for the collective economic development of Renhe District.
