With the rapid development of the banking sector,the banking sector has become more and more competitive,and the economic growth has continued to slow in recent years,which has caused a certain impact on the development of the banking industry.In order to stabilize the situation,take the initiative in the market and gain the first opportunity,banks should not only carry out accurate analysis,research and judgment on the external environment,but also pay attention to the management of human resources in the banking industry.Staff training,as an important part of the bank’s internal human resources management,is also an important support for the bank’s steady and sustainable development.Only by fully mobilizing the initiative of employees,making them familiar with the corporate culture and mastering various skills can they better serve customers,attract and retain customers,and the development of enterprises can flourish.Therefore,formulating a training system suitable for the development of the banking industry is an important task to determine the future development trend of the bank.Focusing on the optimization system of Bank S staff training,this paper studies the current situation at home and abroad and the training of Bank S through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods,based on human capital theory,learning organization theory,sociology theory and the four-tier learning evaluation theory of Kirsch,combined with the insufficient attention of the managers in the training system of Bank S,and the duplication of training content For the problems of unreasonable training time,unclear training effect and low training satisfaction,the reasons are analyzed from the aspects of training organization mode,demand analysis,course setting,lecturer and training plan.Finally,it focuses on the organizational structure,demand analysis and management,plan management,curriculum system development,lecturer training system development,evaluation system development,the creation of a good learning environment,module coordination and cooperation mechanism,the establishment of a perfect learning examination and incentive mechanism of the learning management system,and puts forward countermeasures to optimize the learning system of Bank S.Through these detailed and concrete measures,we can provide useful basis for the training of employees of Bank S,improve the quality of training,improve the quality of human resources of the whole bank,and make contributions to the realization of the strategic objectives of Bank S.
