Research On The Measurement Of Synergy Effect Of China’s Digital Economy And Rural Revitalization

At the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,a major strategic deployment was made,including the hastening of the digital economy and the full-scale encouragement of rural revival.This has made the joint growth of the digital economy and rural revitalization a crucial factor in attaining agricultural and rural development goals.The digital economy can actively address the challenges faced in the execution of rural revitalization,providing a new impetus for rural revitalization.Rural revitalization can offer a wide range of opportunities for the digital economy.Consequently,the coordinated development of the digital economy and rural revitalization has become a topic of focus.This paper concludes that digital economy is a powerful force in rural revitalization,as it provides perfect digital infrastructure,integrates digital economy and rural industries,and enhances the rural governance environment.Furthermore,the comprehensive development of rural areas can broaden the application of digital economy,thus promoting balanced development and forming a coordinated mechanism between the two systems.This paper constructs an evaluation index system for the digital economy and rural revitalization.and its development status and characteristics are evaluated.Identifying the sequence parameters of the digital economy-rural revitalization composite system leads to the construction of a subsystem order model and a coordination degree model.Subsequently,the order degree of the digital economy subsystem,the order degree of the rural revitalization subsystem,and the coordination degree of the digital economy and rural revitalization composite system are measured and their development status,regional differences,and spatiotemporal variation characteristics are analyzed.A stark contrast is shown in the digital economy development of the eastern and central regions,as well as the western and rural revitalization regions.Moreover,the digital economy subsystem and rural revitalization subsystem developed in a consistent and progressive fashion from 2012 to 2014.The digital economy subsystem’s internal orderliness growth rate accelerated after 2014,while the orderly force between the two gradually weakened,implying that China’s digital economy is progressing at a faster rate than rural revitalization.A low-level convergence trend is also seen in the coordinated development of the digital economy and rural revitalization composite system,with some N-type fluctuations,yet the stability between them is not particularly strong.Digital infrastructure and potential for digital development have a major impact on the coordinated development level of digital economy and rural revitalization.Four aspects propose countermeasures and suggestions,based on the identification results of the sequence parameters of the digital economy-rural revitalization composite system and the conclusions above: encouraging interregional linkage and coordination,deep integration of digital technology in rural industrial development,improving digital infrastructure,and cultivating rural talent team construction,In order to promote the synchronous development of the digital economy and rural revitalization.The synergy model of the composite system,based on the theory of synergy,is optimised by this paper’s innovation,which stands out from existing research in its capacity to precisely measure the level of collaboration between digital economy and rural revitalization.Through literature screening,the index system with reference value is obtained,a reasonable index system that meets the research purpose of this paper is constructed,and collaborative development suggestions supported by data are provided.Secondly,based on the research perspective of systems theory,the synergy model of composite systems is used to deeply analyze the interaction relationship between the two and further explore the collaborative development mechanism of composite systems.
