Research On The Coupling And Coordinated Development Of Digital Inclusive Finance And Rural Revitalization In China And The Influencing Factors

Xi Jinping,General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee,pointed out,the rural financial system should be improved to be suitable for the characteristics of agriculture and rural areas,strengthened innovation in financial services,and enhanced the capacity and level of financial services for rural revitalization.Since the reform and opening up,our finance industry has maintained a high growth rate while rural development is still a prominent problem.There is a certain degree of unbalanced development between financial industry and rural development.In recent years,digital inclusive finance,as an important part of the rural revitalization financial system,has given new impetus to rural revitalization and development,and has a closer interaction with rural revitalization.Therefore,it is significant to analyse the interaction relationship of these two systems and promote the coupling and coordinated development of the two systems.Based on this,this thesis firstly selects the panel data of 30 provinces in China except Xizang,Hong Kong,Macou and Taiwan from 2011 to 2020,and measures the development level of rural vitalization in these provinces by means of longitudinal and longitudinal separation method.At the same time,this thesis also uses the digital inclusive finance index,constructed by the Digital Finance Research Center of Peking University,to further construct the model of these two systems.Then,the thesis use kernel density estimation,standard deviation ellipse and Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition to investigate the spatio-temporal evolution,regional differences and sources of the coupling coordination between the two systems.Secondly,Moran index is used to explore the spatial autocorrelation of coupling coordination between the two systems.Finally,the spatial panel model is used to explore the global influencing factors of the coupling coordination between the two systems,and the spatio-temporal geographical weighted model is further used to investigate the local effects of the influencing factors of the coupling coordination between the two systems.The results show that:(1)Thanks to the mutual promotion of digital financial inclusion and rural revitalization,the coupling coordination relationship between the two systems in China and the four regions has been continuously improved,and the regional heterogeneity is obvious.(2)The Gini coefficient showed a decreasing trend,and the difference source between regions was the largest,and the difference contribution rate of supervariable density was the smallest.(3)There is a spatial correlation in china between the coupling and coordinated development of these two systems,and this spatial correlation has a certain stability.(4)Government financial support,economic development level,traditional financial development level and digital technology level significantly promote the coupling and coordinated development of the two systems;The urban-rural income gap and the development of the secondary industry has a significant negative effect.(5)There is obvious spatial heterogeneity of the effects of various factors on the coupling coordination of the two systems.Based on the above conclusions,in order to better promote the coupled and coordinated development of digital inclusive finance and rural revitalization,this thesis puts forward the following suggestions:(1)Attach importance to the development of digital inclusive finance and improve the hardware requirements and software environment for highquality development of digital inclusive finance.(2)Strengthen the top-level design of rural revitalization,formulate policies according to local conditions,and establish a long-term mechanism for rural development.(3)Give full play to the role of the government,while paying attention to the imbalance of industrial structure,urban-rural income gap and other issues.(4)Adopt targeted policies to strengthen regional linkage construction of the coordinated development of digital inclusive finance and rural revitalization,and narrow regional gaps.
