China belongs to a mountainous country,mountain tourism has been developed for a long time.With the advent of the era of mass tourism,tourists’ consumption needs have changed and they are constantly pursuing differentiated and diversified forms of tourism experience,which brings new opportunities,new perspectives and new dynamics for China’s mountain tourism to play,and mountains have become an important national space to meet tourism needs,and mountain tourism has become a market hotspot.The role of mountain tourism in driving the sustainable development of scenic ethnic villages is also increasingly prominent,and how to fully develop the multi-functional development effect of tourism in ethnic villages relying on mountain scenic areas,so as to make it benign and sustainable,and then boost the high-quality development of mountain tourism,has become an important issue that needs attention.In order to achieve sustainable tourism development,improve the positive effects brought about by the process of tourism development,reduce the negative effects brought about by the process of tourism development to hinder the positive effects,in order to promote the coordinated and unified sustainable development of the region,it is necessary to trace the origin,to clarify what value functions are triggered in the process of tourism development of ethnic villages in mountainous scenic areas and the various effects brought about behind them,and only by deeply grasping the theoretical source Only by deeply grasping the theoretical source can we adopt targeted strategies to stimulate and strengthen the effects triggered by a certain value function,according to local conditions and prescriptions.According to the summary of the existing research,there are more studies on the single development effect of tourism,but less studies on the comprehensive effect of mountain tourism development,especially on the comprehensive effect caused by the development of ethnic village tourism in mountain scenic areas.Therefore,based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China project "Research on the change of human-territory relations in mountain tourism destinations and its mechanism",this paper conducts research on the evaluation of multifunctional development effects of ethnic village tourism in mountain scenic areas,which helps to better quantify and identify the multifunctional effects of ethnic village tourism in mountain scenic areas,so as to enrich the content of mountain tourism research and To promote the study of tourism effect measurement;to provide some theoretical guidance for the rational planning of tourism resources of ethnic villages in mountainous scenic areas,to provide decision basis for promoting the positive effect of tourism in ethnic villages in Yulong Snow Mountain,and to provide case reference for the positive effect of tourism in ethnic villages in other mountainous scenic areas.In this paper,on the basis of a comprehensive review of domestic and foreign research dynamics,progress and hot spots of mountain tourism and tourism effect,the basic concepts related to mountain tourism,mountain tourism function and tourism effect are explained,guided by tourism system theory,stakeholder theory and tourism place life cycle theory,the evaluation system of multifunctional development effect of tourism in ethnic villages in mountain scenic areas is constructed,the evaluation model of multifunctional development effect of ethnic villages in mountain scenic areas is built by using the combination of hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and finally the case study of ethnic villages in Yulong Snow Mountain scenic area-Yuhu Village and Koshi Village is carried out as a case study.The study concluded the following:1.Multiple value functions such as economic,social,cultural and environmental are the four aspects that affect ethnic villages in the process of tourism development in mountainous scenic areas.According to the theory and practical research of the life cycle of tourist places,it is known that the ethnic villages in Yulong Snow Mountain are currently in the stage of tourism integration development.In this stage,it begins to emphasize the economic function to the multi-functional coordination and integration of economic,social,cultural and environmental changes.2.The evaluation index system of multifunctional development effect of tourism in ethnic villages in mountainous scenic areas can be constructed in terms of 4dimensional criterion layers of economic effect,social effect,cultural effect and environmental effect and 24 evaluation factor layers including village economic income,tourism development support degree,ethnic culture application degree and environmental health condition in its next level.3.Applying the constructed hierarchical model for evaluating the multifunctional development effect of tourism in ethnic villages in mountainous scenic areas,the weights of indicators in each level are derived: among the criterion level,the economic effect(0.3214)has the highest weight score;among the evaluation factor level,the support degree of tourism development(0.3427)has the highest weight score.4.The overall evaluation of the multifunctional development effect of tourism in Yuhu and Koshi villages in Yulong Snow Mountain Scenic Area has a score level of3.5492,which is at the "better" evaluation level.In general,it seems that most of the evaluation factors in the development process of ethnic village tourism in Yulong Snow Mountain Scenic Area have not reached the "better" level,and the overall evaluation score level is only at the bottom of the "better" level,indicating that there is still a large amount of room for improvement in future tourism development.There is still much room for improvement in future tourism development.5.In order to enhance the multifunctional development effect of tourism in ethnic villages in mountainous scenic areas should follow the relevant principles of tourism planning first,scientific management,operability,sustainable development and moderate construction and pragmatic,in accordance with the linkage of regional cooperation,collaborative development,sorting out heterogeneous advantages,focus on creating and innovating development models,leading the direction of adaptation ideas and content,establishing advanced and sustainable tourism development ideas,insisting on Prioritize the development of tourism,fully explore the connotation of cultural resources,enrich the product industry system,strengthen tourism publicity and marketing,improve the visibility of the destination,improve the level of comprehensive services,strengthen the construction of talent teams,improve community participation,stimulate endogenous power,strengthen publicity and education,promote cultural and environmental protection,etc.from the macro-developmental,meso-oriented,microoperational level of adaptation of mountain scenic ethnic village tourism Multifunctional comprehensive effect.Based on the microscopic scale,this paper takes the perspective of tourists and residents as the entry point to study the multifunctional development effect of mountain scenic ethnic village tourism,which is different from the economic effect of mountain tourism,which is mostly measured from the perspective of economics;it quantitatively identifies the current situation of multifunctional development of mountain scenic ethnic village tourism and constructs the evaluation model of multifunctional development effect of mountain scenic ethnic village tourism.
