Research On The Impact Of Digital Economy On China’s Manufacturing Export Competitiveness

Scholars have analyzed the function of various factors on the competitive force of China’s manufacturing exports from the viewpoints of technological innovation,productivity,and overseas direct investment.With the booming of digital economy,it will bring new development chance for China’s manufacturing enterprise.In recent years,theories about manufacturing export competitiveness have been improved and developed.From the viewpoint of digitization,scholars have started to study the impact of digitalization.The healthy development of manufacturing is important and is now a popular subject of discussion.Scholars have analyzed the impact of various factors on China’s manufacturing export competitiveness from technological innovation,productivity,and overseas direct investment.the digital economy will bring new trends and opportunities for China’s manufacturing industry.In recent years,theories about manufacturing export competitiveness have been improved and completed.Scholars have started to study the affect of digitalization on the export competitive force of China’s manufacturing from the digital economy.In 2021,the total output of Yangtze River Economic Zone accounts for 47% of the country,and the new industrial clusters drive the obvious effect.Electronic information,equipment manufacturing and other business strongly facilitate manufacturing industry.This paper deliberate over the development between the two and the function of digital economy to the manufacturing enterprise,and finally makes suggestions.It helps the Yangtze River Economic Zone to integrate the digitalization and facilitate the positive effect to promote export upgrading and expand the export scale.Firstly,assess the development level of digitalization in nine provinces and two cities,and their manufacturing export competitiveness is measured by export technology complexity,and a panel regression model is constructed to find the digital economy manufacturing export competitiveness using data from nine provinces and two cities from 2013-2020,after controlling for variables such as labor productivity in Yangtze River Economic Zone,foreign real investment,human capital,regional logistics efficiency and government regulation.linear relationship.This paper finds that: primarily,It is worth considering whether the new role of the digital economy,such as key drivers,technological progress and infrastructure,could be an effective weapon for China’s industrial sector to overcome current bottlenecks.The Yangtze River Economic Belt already has relatively strong possibility for economic agglomeration.The Yangtze River Economic Belt will therefore make full use of its position to promote high-quality internal development and external openness in these key regions,support the integrated and coordinated development of the regions,and guide the internal and external development of other regions.In promoting high-quality development in these key areas of national strategic development,the industrial sector,which is the foundation of regional and national development,is inevitably one of the objects to be identified and studied.In accordance with national efforts to remove bottlenecks in resource flows and national policies to support the development of key areas,it is necessary to scientifically estimate the influence of the digital economy in the Yangtze River Economic Belt on the development of the region’s manufacture.digital economy promotes manufacturing export and enhances its competitiveness of the Yangtze River Economic Zone.Labor productivity,real foreign investment,human capital,regional logistics efficiency,and government regulation factors significantly promote manufacturing export competitiveness in nine provinces and two cities.Second,the digital economy facilitates export competitiveness in the middle and lower reaches.Comparing the regression coefficients of the Yangtze River Economic Belt regions,it is found that the digital economy gradually enhances the positive impact effect on manufacturing export competitiveness from upstream to downstream.digital economy improves the export competitiveness of manufacturing industries with technological or capital advantages in the Yangtze River economy,but the digital economy impedes labor-based export competitiveness in the region.Finally,based on the above findings,provide suggestions.
