Study On The Interaction Between Inland Port And Urban Economy Based On System Dynamics

The one belt,one road initiative Silk Road Economic Belt has been promoted effectively by the "one belt and one way" initiative.The land port,as an important node of the Silk Road Economic Belt,can effectively promote internal and external Unicom through the docking function with the port,and achieve a large logistics pattern of land City connection and seamless connection.The development of inland port can effectively promote the foreign trade investment environment of inland cities,attract industrial agglomeration,and directly create industrial added value for urban economy.The development of urban economy will promote the infrastructure investment of inland port,and bring about the growth of throughput capacity of inland port.There is significant interaction between the development of inland port and urban economy.In this context,this paper discusses the interaction mechanism between inland port and urban economy from the perspective of system dynamics.Starting from the function of dry port,this paper summarizes the impact of dry port on urban economy into three aspects: creating direct output value,promoting employment and consumption demand,and competing for land resources,The demand of foreign trade activities generated by the development of urban economy directly determines the throughput demand of the dry port as a whole.The investment of urban economy in the infrastructure construction of the dry port can promote the supply of the throughput capacity of the dry port.Then,combined with the interaction mechanism between the dry port and the urban economy,this paper analyzes the causality of their interaction,and constructs a system dynamics model of the interaction between the dry port and the urban economy,Finally,taking the relevant data of Xi’an dry port and Xi’an city from 2010 to 2019 as examples,the effectiveness of the model is verified,and the contribution of Xi’an dry port to urban economy and the role of urban economy in the development of Xi’an dry port are quantitatively analyzed.It is found that there is significant interaction between Xi’an dry port and urban economy.1.From 2017 to 2022,the average throughput per 10000 TEU of Xi’an dry port will directly create an output value of 602 million yuan for Xi’an;2.The impact of Xi’an dry port on the industrial value of Xi’an is significant,which has the greatest impact on the tertiary industry and the smallest impact on the primary industry.3.The third industry in Xi’an has a significant impact on the throughput of the dry port,and the freight volume directly affects the throughput demand of the dry port;4.The adjustment of industrial proportion in Xi’an affects the throughput of the dry port,and the proportion of the tertiary industry is greater than that of the secondary industry.Through the simulation analysis,it can be seen that there is a significant interaction between the inland port and the urban economy.The contribution of the inland port to the urban economy is mainly reflected in the industrial added value driven by the inland port.The development of the urban economy to the inland port mainly affects the supply of the throughput capacity of the inland port by promoting the investment of the inland port and promotes the growth of the freight volume,thus driving the throughput demand of the inland port.
