| The rapid development of the Internet industry has made remarkable achievements over past decades.A large number of Internet professionals,which is the paper study object-R & D staff,also grow up with the development.R & D staffs are valuable and rare core resource of Internet company,and play a pivotal role in the companies development.Therefore,how to design an effective performance appraisal scheme to stimulate the enthusiasm and innovation of R & D staff,and the deeper purpose to win the market and accumulate strength for the long-term development for the enterprise,is an important study topic for many Internet companies.This paper takes A company as the study subject.A company perfectly fits the whole development cycle of the Internet e-commerce industry in its own development process,which is also inseparable from the contribution of its R & D staffs.At present,the study on the performance appraisal of Internet R & D staff is still very immature,so it is a very valuable topic.This paper summarizes 6 main problems and 3 key reasons,which are the reasons of key people,the reasons of organizational culture and the reasons for implementation of the performance appraisal scheme,in the R & D staff performance appraisal scheme of A company by using the diagnostic tools of questionnaire survey,special interview and case analysis.The solutions according to the case are creating performance appraisal culture,cultivating professional performance appraisal team,establishing a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system,strengthening the performance appraisal reward mechanism.And,in order to ensure the implementation of the scheme,it is quite necessary to set up a performance appraisal committee and a performance culture publicity group,and to formulate the performance appraisal review meeting mechanism.The study has been used by the R & D team of A company and get a good feedback,which I hope as a a useful reference for the development of performance appraisal of R & D teams in similar industries at home and abroad. |
