Since the 13 th Five Year Plan,Continuously optimizing and adjusting the system with market economy as the main body,the market mechanism has also been further improved.With the new system,competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.In the game between enterprises,people also find that talent competition is the key to enterprise competition.How to achieve efficient human resource management has become the focus of enterprise development.As sales personnel who increase revenue and enrich business channels,how to manage them and conduct effective performance output evaluation and assessment to achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase and rapid growth of personnel.It is necessary to create a set of efficient,reasonable,and standard performance appraisal systems,effectively constrain the daily work behavior of sales personnel,guide them to maintain their enthusiasm and motivation,move forward in the direction expected by the enterprise,and enhance their subjective initiative.This is an urgent issue for enterprises to explore in order to achieve their business objectives.This paper initially examines the performance appraisal theory and its application,then,by combining the characteristics of the information technology industry,the characteristics of the sales information technology industry,the D company’s performance appraisal analysis of sales personnel,the appraisal department,the sales department,and each assessment object access and questionnaire survey,it is possible to gain a better understanding of this.The survey results revealed that the company’s current purpose for performance appraisal is broad,its means are not varied,the performance indicators are one-sided and restricted,the performance communication and feedback system is not in place,the performance appraisal plan is merely visible,and the performance appraisal results are not being fully utilized.The author crafted a performance index system with KPI as its core,due to the issues and their causes.This paper endeavors to employ the new performance appraisal system for D Company,contrasting and assessing the sales personnel’s performance post-application and the system’s usual performance,thereby emphasizing the value and importance of the optimized performance indicators.To guarantee the successful implementation of the new performance appraisal system,the author created a set of sensible and practical implementation safeguards and proposed optimization proposals based on the implementation outcomes.From the final practice,it is found that this performance appraisal system can effectively improve the performance output of sales personnel,increase employee satisfaction with the company,and greatly improve the company’s management level of sales personnel.This provides a strong guarantee for the achievement of the strategic objectives of the entire company.On the other hand,it also provides a reference for companies and friends in the same information industry to manage and evaluate sales personnel.
