With the rapid development of China's economy,the competition during the business enterprises become more and more increasingly fierce.The business enterprise want to increase revenue in the shortest time and expand the market share within the shortest possible time which need a sales ability outstanding marketing team.In order to realize this goal,the business enterprise needs to make the performance appraisal in the enterprise development to play a more importantl role,which needs to combine the specific situation of enterprises with the enterprise performance appraisal management system.This paper take the retail stores sales staff of H business enterprises as the research object.This thesis analyze the existing performance management system of H business enterprises and base on the related theory of performance appraisal and design enterprise performance appraisal index,the performance evaluation criteria and determine the weight of each index.This paper add the new team performance and individual performance of the system which increase the coordination between the team,and promote the development of enterprises.The optimized 0performance appraisal system can solve the problem of H business enterprises in the management of sales staff and can bring more profits for the enterprise,and better service for enterprise development strategy.In order to design a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation index,this paper combines the key performance indicators,the Balanced Score Card and the 360 degree evaluation method,which is the innovation of this paper.Because of the limited time and ability,this paper set up the performance evaluation index should be further perfected and improved in practice.
