In recent years, China's financial market continues to expand outside, economic and social environment also will be a big change. Some enterprises in order to development needs, greatly improving the demand for financing, these requirements so that banks need to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure, an innovative market is rapidly expanding. Prior experience in foreign banks, we can also be found in China's national economy experienced a period of sustained development process, the Chinese banks in a series of reforms in the financial industry has also been a breakthrough. After a dozen years of experience later, the business of commercial banks in a comprehensive and rapid perfected. This paper studied China A bank branch in Foshan, which was founded in 1984, is a regional branch located in central China.
