G,a core member of G Insurance(Group)Company,was established on December 30,2006 with a registered capital of 18.8 billion yuan.In recent years,under the strategic policy of the parent group’s team-based integrated management,G Property and Casualty Insurance Shanghai Branch has given full play to its group operational advantages,actively adapted to the "new normal" of economic development.In recent years,G General Insurance Shanghai Branch has taken full advantage of its group operation and proactively adapted to the "new normal" of economic development,seized the opportunities and market share of property insurance at the first time,effectively integrated the market business and customer service system,deeply implemented the innovation-driven development strategy,vigorously promoted high-quality development,continuously innovated products,services and sales models,and comprehensively built G General Insurance’s unique business characteristics and differentiated core competitiveness.However,in the process of development,the development of employee incentive system obviously lags behind the development of market scale,forming a mismatch between employee incentive and company scale,especially the incentive system for sales employees,which has failed to meet the main demands of employees.This paper is mainly based on the process incentive theory and comprehensive incentive theory,refined to different aspects of incentive: monetary incentive,training incentive,welfare incentive,etc.Taking the health insurance channel of G Property and Casualty Insurance as the main body of research,we adopt the research method of comprehensive questionnaire survey and interview with the management to the grassroots employees of G Property and Casualty Insurance,put forward the problems in the employee incentive part of the overall company system framework of G Property and Casualty Insurance,make an analysis for the problems and We analyzed the problems and identified the influencing factors with high correlation,and also proposed an optimization plan for the future development direction of the system,and proposed countermeasures in terms of restructuring the incentive system and optimizing the incentive plan.This paper firstly introduces the organizational structure,main business,human resource management model and corporate culture of G Property and Casualty Insurance Company Shanghai Branch.Following that,it takes the current situation of employee incentive mechanism of health insurance department of G Property and Casualty Insurance Company as the starting point to study the performance appraisal,salary system,promotion mechanism,reward and punishment rules of sales staff and put forward the problems in the related personnel incentive system.The problems are mainly divided into four aspects: single way of staff motivation;unsatisfactory effect of training;undifferentiated incentive measures;unclear career planning path.And according to the problems,a series of optimization measures are proposed: optimize the staff welfare-compensation system;optimize the staff training system;make the incentive system precise and diversified;improve the staff promotion system,and the guarantee necessary to reach the optimization plan: top-down organization management guarantee;all-round system promotion and training guarantee;periodic effect tracking and supervision guarantee.In order to achieve the purpose of optimizing its incentive system and improving the company’s efficiency.This paper can be a guide to the motivation work of G Property and Casualty Insurance Shanghai Branch,and it can also bring some guidance to other companies in the same industry.
