With the rapid development of science and technology in the contemporary world,the primary driving force for economic growth is scientific and technological innovation,and the level of science and technology is also a major factor in the competition of comprehensive national strength among major countries.In this context,many high-growth technology-based enterprises have emerged in China,and their industries require a combination of multidisciplinary knowledge structure and engineering practice capabilities.At the same time,these technology-based enterprises regard high-quality R&D personnel as the company’s core competitiveness and the implementation guarantee for the company’s strategy implementation.H Technology Co.,Ltd.is a typical "multi-disciplinary-high-innovation" company.After six years of rapid development since its inception,it has become the number one algorithmic trading service provider in China’s financial market.At the same time as the company’s rapid development and achievements,the company’s R&D personnel have grown from 5 in the initial stage to nearly 200 today.The training system of R&D personnel can no longer meet the requirements of the company’s strategic development.Therefore,how to optimize the training system of the company’s R&D personnel has become one of the key issues that H Company needs to solve urgently with R&D personnel as its core competitiveness.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of R&D personnel training in H technology company.Through the methods of interviews and questionnaires,it has an in-depth understanding of the current situation of the company’s R&D personnel training,collects a large amount of data,and uses the method of chart analysis to analyze it in detail.It summarizes the problems existing in the company’s R&D personnel training management.The problems mainly focus on the needs,content,trainers and review and summary of training work.After analyzing and summarizing these problems,this paper proposes a targeted management optimization plan: in terms of training needs,the optimization plan proposed in this paper is a hierarchical demand analysis based on three levels of industry and enterprise development,job skills and personal career planning;For the training content,this paper proposes to enhance the training content of combining theory with practice by improving interdisciplinary,focusing on technical practical cases and strengthening cooperation between universities and colleges.For the problems existing in training lecturers,this paper improves the system,enhances skills and motivates.It is a means to improve the ability of the company’s R&D training internal trainer team;for the evaluation of R&D personnel training,this paper proposes several optimization schemes in the aspects of evaluation effectiveness guarantee,effect tracking and management support,so as to evaluate the training effect.The system is improved.In addition,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the company’s R&D personnel training management optimization plan,this paper also proposes several safeguards in the aspects of core management’s attention,assessment mechanism,training funds,and information system construction.In this paper,the research work of H technology company in the optimization of R&D personnel training is expected to improve the training effect of R&D personnel.At the same time,it has reference significance for the training optimization of R&D personnel of similar companies in the technology industry.
