The Research On Problems Of Personnel Training Of Agricultural Science And Technology Talents

With the development of globalization，the international advanced agriculturalscience and technology and agricultural production management have presented newchallenges to China’s agricultural development. Facing the challenges, we must stickto the strategy that developing agriculture through science and education to strengthenthe modernization of agriculture. In addition, the modernization of agriculture is thebasic approach to increase farmers’ income, an important measure to improve theoverall agricultural productivity, and the basis of building a new socialist countryside.Today, China is in a high level of scientific and technological era of rapiddevelopment, in which the proportion of transforming technology into productivity isincreasingly rising. At the time when the whole Party, country and society pay highattention to the construction of new rural culture and talent development, it is crucialto train agricultural scientists.However, the total number of agricultural science and technology personnel isvery large in Henan Province, which is a major agricultural province with a largepopulation in Central China. By contrast, the total number of talents is insufficient.The structure of agricultural science and technology personnel training is notreasonable, the mechanism is not flexible enough and the training system is notperfect; What’s more, the government funding for personnel training investment inagricultural science and technology is insufficient either. Therefore, it is important andurgent to strengthen the training of agricultural science talents and build a trainingmodel for Henan Province.This paper will take the problem of agricultural science personnel training as theobject of study, analyze the status of agricultural science personnel training andexisting problems through the understanding of the concept of agricultural scienceand technology talents, and summarize some countermeasures and suggestions to cope with the agricultural science personnel training, in order to build the agriculturalscience personnel classification training mode.
