The arrival of the era of knowledge economy has put forward higher requirements for employees.It is an important and urgent task for enterprises to strengthen the training of human resources and do a good job in talent training.In order to adapt to this change,many enterprises have set up professional internal training institutions,which are responsible for talent training.In addition,the form of enterprise training institutions also develops with the changes of The Times,gradually from the early training classes,training departments,to the higher level of enterprise college evolution,which largely promotes the in-depth development of enterprise talent training.The personnel training of enterprise internal training institutions includes many elements.According to different emphases,the personnel training of enterprise internal training institutions can be divided into different types.The topic is selected based on the current situation of GY group’s internal training institutions,and scientific methods such as literature research,investigation and research are used in this paper.Based on the theory of human capital and learning organization,this paper discusses the problems and reasons in the sales personnel training,and puts forward optimization suggestions and safeguard measures by taking former GY University,the first level training institution under GY as the research object.The main elements of talent training in the internal training institutions of the enterprise are training content,training methods,training teachers,training objectives,and training evaluation.By conducting a questionnaire survey on the sales staff who participated in the training of the internal training institution of GY Group-Institution A,to understand the problems existing in the training of sales talents in the internal training institution of GY Group.According to the results of the survey,there are still many problems in the talent training of the internal training institutions of the GY Group.It’s manifested in the low quality of the training content,the lack of enthusiasm to actively participate in the training,the low satisfaction with the training teachers,the lack of forward-looking training objectives for sales personnel and the backwardness of performance training evaluation fairness,etc.And the reasons for the existing problems in the sales personnel training of GY Group are analyzed,including insufficient adjustment of training content,rigid and outdated training methods,and poor teacher team construction,the training objectives are too focused on the improvement of individual ability,and the training evaluation system needs to be improved.Judging from the survey results,although former GY University,as an internal training institution of GY Group,has a relatively complete training system for sales personnel,there are still certain problems in its personnel training for sales positions,resulting in poor overall quality.Based on its existing problems,the paper puts forward five countermeasures,including optimizing training content,improving training system,innovating sales personnel training methods,strengthening teacher team construction,integrating into enterprise development strategies,and adjusting sales personnel training and assessment mechanisms.Finally,this paper constructs the safeguard measures for the personnel training of the enterprise’s internal training institutions from five aspects: system,corporate culture,information technology,capital,and name.
