| In order to alleviate the pressure on government funds in the process of urban renewal project construction,the PPP model has become a new urban renewal project construction model.However,such projects often face problems such as a large number of participants,a huge total investment amount,and a long project development time,which makes the risk factors contained in the project,regardless of the type,number,and impact on the project far beyond ordinary.Infrastructure projects,so the risk management in the project has become very important,whether it is the government department or the private sector participating in the project will focus on risk management issues.This paper takes the western XX city renewal PPP project as the research object,based on the perspective of social capital,to carry out risk identification and evaluation research on the PPP project.The research content includes the following:(1)Overview,including research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research content and methods;(2)Theoretical basis,including: PPP and risk management,new urbanization,AHP methods;(3)Risk Identify,screen PPP risks based on literature,and determine the risks of PPP projects in urban renewal XX combined with questionnaire survey method;(4)Risk assessment,based on AHP method and fuzzy evaluation method,carry out risk assessment of PPP projects in urban renewal in XX;(5)Risk sharing and response,on the basis of risk assessment,put forward the risk sharing and coping strategies of the PPP project of Zhan XX urban renewal.According to the research content of this paper,it can be found that in the urban renewal PPP project of XX,the risk factors that may occur can be divided into five categories: contract risk,economic risk,operational risk,technical risk,and social risk.On this basis,the risks are divided into 24 secondary risks.As far as the risk assessment results are concerned,the risk level obtained by using the fuzzy comprehensive assessment method is "higher".The risk levels in the corresponding comment set are "general risk","general risk","higher risk","general risk",and "lower risk".It can be seen that the general risk of PPP projects in urban renewal in XX is not high,and it is necessary to pay attention to the risk of secondary indicators corresponding to the primary indicator of technical risk.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the paper formulates risk response strategies,including: ensuring the effectiveness and authority of the risk management system,continuously improving the risk management system and improving the project company’s risk response capabilities. |
