Research On Risk Management Of Urban Renewal Project

In recent years,with the rapid development of China ’s economy and society,the process of urbanization has continued to advance,and some of the original infrastructure and residential buildings have gradually shown a trend of aging.Urban renewal has gradually become a social hot spot and an important livelihood project.Among them,the transformation of old residential areas,the transformation of historical and cultural blocks and other projects are directly related to the living environment of the people,the revitalization of commerce and the protection of historical culture.It is an inevitable task for the modernization of urban development.Promoting urban renewal projects such as the transformation of old residential areas and the transformation of historical and cultural blocks can not only solve the“worries and troubles”of the residents,but also arouse the historical memory of the city and the general public.In recent years,various cities across the country have achieved certain results in the process of advancement,and there have also been risks such as long transformation cycle,poor quality,and damage to historical and cultural buildings,which have hindered the high-quality development of the economy and society.Therefore,we must improve our awareness of risk management,promote projects more scientifically and steadily,avoid or actively respond to various risk problems,promote urban renewal actions more effectively,and inject vitality into high-quality urban development.This paper takes the risk management research of urban renewal action project as the main line,selects the renovation project of zhonglou street area in taiyuan city as a specific case,and comprehensively analyzes the two important contents of the renovation of old residential areas and the renovation of historical and cultural blocks.On the basis of briefly introducing the project situation,this paper studies the process of risk identification,risk assessment and formulation of countermeasures.In the stage of risk identification and risk evaluation,the project site was visited many times,and the heads of relevant government departments,relevant heads of enterprises and front-line workers were invited to form an expert group to participate in the whole process of risk identification and evaluation,so as to ensure a more comprehensive identification and analysis of risks.Then,the risk evaluation model of the project was constructed by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the risk conclusion was obtained by combining the results of expert investigation.In the stage of formulating countermeasures,the analysis conclusions obtained from risk assessment are fully considered,and the corresponding strategies are put forward based on the weight,probability and possible consequences of risk factors.Through a series of studies on risk identification,evaluation and response,this paper provides some reference suggestions for relevant government departments and management enterprises in promoting the renovation project of Zhonglou Street area,which can allocate personnel,resources and time more scientifically and deal with or avoid risks more fully.It also provides effective reference and guidance for the risk management of other similar projects such as block reconstruction and old community reconstruction in urban renewal operations.
