At the beginning of 2020,a public health emergency--COVID-19 swept across the world,causing a huge impact on the world economy and people’s lives.Epidemic spread of the global industrial chain cycle,supply chain and local fracture,countries have adopted a determination to keep factories and workers idle and other measures to curb the spread of the virus,a home quarantine policy although the effective control of the size of the outbreak,but led to reduced demand of foreign trade and return to work hard to the dual pressure of the development of foreign trade of traditional block.During this period,cross-border e-commerce,as a compensation method for traditional trade,has been playing an increasingly important role in enterprises’ cross-border trade and has become a new engine to promote the development of China’s foreign trade due to its convenience,efficiency and strong anti-risk ability.A cross-border electric business platform during the outbreak has developed rapidly,not only the quarterly growth in online transactions,and attracted A large number of enterprises at home and abroad,the "one-stop" work style shopping around the cross-border trade link building platform,from commodity exhibition,marketing promotion,payment and settlement,logistics distribution,etc,bring tangible security and convenience for both buyers and sellers.With the increase of users and transaction amount,the existing business model of platform A gradually fails to adapt to the increasing demands of users,and some emerging problems need to be solved urgently.This paper hopes to explore the feasible path for its future development through the research,analysis and optimization of its business model,so as to provide positive reference for the development of relevant enterprises in the field of cross-border e-commerce.This paper takes A cross-border e-commerce platform as an example,based on the business model theory,uses the model Weizhu six elements model to dismantle its business model elements,and discusses the optimization of the business model elements of A station through the value chain theory analysis.Firstly,the paper makes A systematic analysis from six elements: positioning,business system,key resource capability,profit model,cash flow structure and enterprise value,aiming to sort out the current business model operation mechanism of platform A.Secondly,Dunhuang network,A cross-border e-commerce platform of the same type,is introduced for comparison,through which the similarities and differences between the two business models are explored,and the advantages and problems of platform A are summarized according to the analysis.Again to design A platform business model,value chain theory guidance for optimizing direction,by improving the industry value chain width,breadth and height,the depth of the four paths to A platform positioning,business systems,key resources,and the four elements is optimized profit model,raise A platform in the cross-border electricity industry core competitiveness;Finally,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows: After the outbreak of cross-border electricity broke out in huge development potential,cross-border trade enterprise digital transformation process in the trend of The Times,the rapid change of the external environment requires A platform is to make adjustments,around the business model of value chain optimization to meet customer demand at the same time also can realize enterprise value,at the end of the article part expounds the shortcomings in the course of study and proposes future research prospects.
