The main object of this article is cross-border e-commerce in China. Cross-border e-commerce can be divided into two directions, namely, domestic enterprises or individuals to buy or sell. This paper mainly focuses on international sales of small domestic sellers of cross-border e-commerce. As for the "small", the domestic research does not give clear boundaries, so this article gives a definition from a summary of the features:small and micro enterprises or individuals sellers of goods providers, small parcels, personal e-mail and other ways for the logistics model to personal or third-party payment platform settlement of trade receivables recovery mode transnational regional e-commerce transactions.This paper studies the classification and comparative of small cross-border e-commerce system model. It is divided into four models:self-style cross-border e-commerce model, flatbed model, integrated service provider model and enterprise application type model. Value chain of four models were analyzed and compared, intuitively reflect the value chain as well as various models of its core value creation.The establish of analytical framework for cross-border e-commerce models is an important innovative of this article. This article divides it into two parts, namely, the value creation and value sharing section. Value creation is profit model analysis while the value of sharing is a value-added services based on the small cross-border e-commerce website for the relevant companies. In the analysis of the profit model, this article focus on the value chain and gives a comparison of four models while for value-added services, it gives the analysis of the small cross-border electricity supplier matching service system, including payment services, logistics services and quality control services and the three service models were established.In addition, the paper took the case study method and the method adopted is to analyze the business ecosystem of specific enterprise. The paper establishes a business ecosystem model of the four cases and gives a comparison of each case.The main conclusions of this paper include the following points:(A)This article gives a definition from a summary of the features:small and micro enterprises or individuals sellers of goods providers, small parcels, personal e-mail and other ways for the logistics model to personal or third-party payment platform settlement of trade receivables recovery mode transnational regional e-commerce transactions. (B) This article gives offers a classification of cross-border e-commerce models in China. It is divided into four models:self-style cross-border e-commerce model, flatbed model, integrated service provider model and enterprise application type model.(C) It shows the comparison of four modes. It insists that comprehensive service provider model is the trend of small cross-border e-commerce development in China(D)This article gives policy recommendations of the Small cross-border e-commerce development.
