This study mainly focuses on the actual situation of the salary system of YL Resort Hotel,combines the incentive theory,salary system optimization theory and other modern salary theories,uses the questionnaire survey method to carry out a satisfaction survey on the salary system of YL Resort Hotel,and analyzes the factors affecting the satisfaction of the hotel salary system through SPSS analysis software.It is found that the hotel has some problems in the salary structure,incentive mechanism,salary adjustment mechanism,welfare treatment and so on.In view of these problems,we carried out the optimization design of the salary system,analyzed the existing positions,and updated the contents of the position description and position evaluation.Combined with the salary system such as the salary point salary system and the broadband salary theory,the hotel salary system is optimized and adjusted from the aspects of post salary,salary adjustment mechanism,subsidies and benefits and other internal salary,and the operation guarantee measures are put forward.Through the optimization design of the salary system,YL resort hotel has better solved the deficiencies in the current hotel salary system,and achieved the goals of optimizing the salary structure,perfecting the incentive mechanism,perfecting the salary adjustment mechanism and improving the welfare benefits.At the same time,it has certain theoretical value and practical reference for the same type of enterprise compensation system optimization. |
