Based on the modern compensation management theory as the instruction, combs, induces the related salary literature, a detailed understanding of the North Pennines automobile 4S shop organization structure, human resource situation and the salary system and the management present situation. Starting from the actual situation of the automobile 4S shop, four dimensions of compensation satisfaction model based on PSQ, using the pay satisfaction questionnaire, through to the Beijing beiben automobile 4S stores all kinds of employee satisfaction questionnaire, were analyzed by grey correlation model, summarize and draw some factors affecting the proportion of pay satisfaction.In salary management system for the enterprises to improve the process, with the company characteristics at the stage of enterprise life cycle, and the compensation satisfaction survey results, the North Benz auto 4S shop compensation system optimization design, such as salary design optimization, optimal design of incentive compensation and welfare system optimization measures, compensation system perfect, and puts forward the intrinsic incentive measures such as: Law, incentive intrinsic compensation using negative incentive methods and participation incentive method, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of improvement system, put forward the implementation method of security in organization, system, thought and enterprise culture in four aspects. Through a series of improvement measures, to solve the North Pennines automobile 4S stores the current existence of the high turnover rate of employees, salary satisfaction low this thorny issue, so as to ensure the organization to obtain sustainable competitive advantage, development.
