As an important part in whole medical industry chain,drugs circulation enterprises play a role of connecting upstream drugs suppliers and downstream terminal consumers.However,because of the government's restriction policies and industry competition,most small and medium-size private enterprises are facing enormous challenge at survival and development.In order to increase revenue,these enterprises put their majority of resources and energy into opera ting external business,thereby leading to the insufficient justice of their compensation system.It is urgent to solve that how to design a fair compensation system in terms of the enterprise 's operation condition and external market environment to motivate the employees and improve the performance.This thesis uses organizational justice theory as a basic theory through consulting a large number of domestic and overseas literature,from its three dimensions: procedural justice,distributive justice and interactional justice,and combined with compensation system practice to establish the analysis framework.At the same time,the author picks up D company as a case,by carrying out the employees satisfaction questionnaire and using the organizational justice analysis framework to analyze the problems that exist in the current compensation system and come up with some optimization strategy.This research can offers important lessons for the same enterprises.The conclusion of this thesis is that the compensation system design must be analyzed on the basis of organizational justice theory from three dimensions: procedural justice,distributive justice and interactional justice.Meanwhile,only if comply with some principles and process,the managers can establish a reasonable compensation system which in accordance with enterprise 's development.
