Study On Evaluation Of Whole-process Engineering Consulting Service Capability Of GC Management Consulting Co.,Ltd.

Under the guidance of the policy,it is a necessary trend to develop comprehensive consulting service and build a comprehensive consulting company with the whole-process consulting service capability.However,in the transformation process of domestic consulting companies,the growth t of consulting company is not perfect,and the service ability of full-process engineering is uneven.At present,it is urgent for the engineering consulting company to establish a systematic and reasonable evaluation system to help the consulting company to accurately evaluate the service ability of the whole-process engineering consulting.Firstly,through the study of relevant literature,a systematic comparison of the development of engineering consulting services at home and abroad,and the basic characteristics of the whole-process engineering consulting service are emphasized,including the following aspects of the company’s strength,resource allocation,organization and management,consulting team and information application of five aspects of the advisory service capacity.Secondly,in the aspect of comprehensive evaluation method,we choose the COWA which can reduce the effect of extreme value to assign value,and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation which can turn qualitative inorganic analysis into quantitative analysis.Finally,through the industry experts and scholars to issue questionnaires,collect survey results,and analysis of the survey results,and evaluate the whole-process engineering service ability.Based on the research ideas,A set of scientific and rigorous index system was established for GC company.The index system includes one index for goal,five indices for criteria,sixteen indices for index layer.Then,we invite engineering experts to evaluate the indexes,assign the indexes by COWA,and evaluate the ability of engineering consulting service by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method.The evaluation results of the traget layer of GC company is in the“Good” level,indicating the service capability of GC is excellent;The company’s strength rating is excellent,and the score is also the highest among the five criteria levels,indicating that GC has strong basic conditions;The three indicators of resource allocation,organization management and consulting team are rated as good,indicating that GC still has room for improvement;The evaluation grade of informatization application is medium,and the score is also the lowest,which indicates that the informatization capability is still at a weak level and needs to be improved urgently.Based on the evaluation results of GC company,the strengths and weaknesses of GC company in the whole-process engineering consulting capacity are analyzed,for the organization management,consulting team and information application of the low score of the corresponding improvement strategy.At the same time,it also provides reference and thinking for the research of the whole-process engineering consulting service ability evaluation,which has a strong practical significance to improve the overall service level of the engineering consulting industry.
