Research On The Evaluation Of The Whole Process Engineering Consulting Service Capability Of Engineering Consulting Enterprises

Enter a new era of external environment change,the construction market has put forward higher functional requirements for the technical consulting industry.In this context,the comprehensive consulting service mode of construction engineering has emerged as the times require.It is the only way for the consulting industry to continue sustainable and healthy development to transform the traditional technology consulting model by applying the whole-process technology consulting model.The construction consulting company can take advantage of its advantages to improve its competitiveness in the market by improving the ability of comprehensive consulting services.However,at present,the evaluation of the comprehensive consulting service capacity of enterprises has not been carried out systematically and scientifically.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a comprehensive consulting service capability evaluation system suitable for China’s current technology consulting enterprises.On this basis,the following research is carried out.First,identify the factors that need comprehensive service capability.According to the investors’ views on the capacity requirements of comprehensive consulting services,this paper determines the initial capacity requirements list of comprehensive consulting services by analyzing three aspects of policy documents,relevant documents and project cases.Then,in the form of expert interviews,optimize the initial capacity demand indicators of comprehensive consulting services,and finally develop a comprehensive consulting service capacity demand list.Second,evaluate the comprehensive consulting service capability according to the mature project management model.In order to better evaluate the service capability scientifically,this paper constructs a comprehensive service capability evaluation model from two dimensions of maturity and index system.In terms of application practice,the maturity of the comprehensive consulting service capability of the enterprise is evaluated against the background of the enterprise to verify the scientific and reasonable nature of this evaluation model.Finally,it is proposed that measures be taken to improve the capacity for comprehensive consulting to engineering companies.Based on the concept of continuous improvement,this article presents proposals for improving comprehensive indicators of project construction advisory capacity.Figure [3] table [26] reference [64]...
