Abstract/Summary:
At present,the competition among professional application technology enterprises is mainly the competition of professional application technology talents.Improving the comprehensive cultural literacy of the professional application technology staff of the enterprise can significantly improve the company’s comprehensive competitiveness and comprehensive system competitiveness.Only by establishing an efficient professional application technology job training system can contemporary companies promote the continuous improvement of the comprehensive cultural literacy of professional application technology workers.The post quality model has an obvious guiding role for the establishment and optimization of the post training system,and requires the optimization and improvement of the training system according to the comprehensive cultural literacy standard model.The optimization and improvement of the professional application technology job training system in private enterprises based on the comprehensive cultural literacy standard model has a profound impact on the long-term development of private enterprises.Therefore,this graduation thesis through reference review,investigation and analysis,survey questionnaire analysis,comparative research and analysis,taking hh company as the research object,based on the post quality model of the company’s professional and technical post training system optimization research.This study first investigates the status quo of hh company’s professional and technical post training system,and analyzes the main problems and reasons of hh company’s professional and technical post training system.Then,based on the theory of job quality model and the characteristics of professional and technical posts in hh company,a professional application technical post quality model is set up.Then according to the setting of hh company training system for comprehensive optimization design.This in-depth research and analysis mainly found that the main existing problems and disadvantages of the professional application technology job training system of hh company include: the effective time and number of training applications are insufficient,the training teaching courses are relatively few and the degree of satisfaction and acceptance is low,and the training effect is not satisfactory.The reason is that:the company’s staff training system is not reasonable and effective,In particular,the training needs of professional application technical positions are uncertain,the training plan is not scientifically determined,and the training process control and management are insufficient.Lack of efficient training encouragement and evaluation system,no education resource training team established.This in-depth research and analysis has established a professional application technology post quality model,including four first-level reference indicators and 18 second-level reference indicators at the level of professional application knowledge,professional application technology,comprehensive cultural literacy of occupational positions,and potential personal development ability.index.This in-depth research and analysis of the optimization and improvement of the training system of hh company usually includes: the principle of comprehensive design of the training system and the determination of the training mechanism system,the research and analysis of the training needs according to the job quality model,the composition of the training organization and the trainer team,Comprehensive design and planning of training,determination of specific training content and training sequence process,training organization and implementation,training assessment and evaluation.This in-depth research and analysis can provide guidance for the optimization and improvement of hh company’s professional application technology job training system,thereby assisting hh company in improving the comprehensive cultural literacy of professional application technology workers,and promoting the company’s overall comprehensive management ability and comprehensive strength of the trading market.improve.It can also provide a reference for the shaping,optimization,improvement and improvement of the professional application technology job training system of the same type of companies.
