Since the founding of the Nansha District in 2005,Nansha District food supe rvision system has been in the process of reform,and facing the problem of lack of staff,supervision of law enforcement equipment shortage,law enforcement funding is not timely in the long term,under such conditions,it is difficult to guarantee the small catering food safety and food safety supervision.In view of this phenomenon,the introduction of collaborative governance theory,the establishment of food safety collaborative governance system is particularly important.And on this basis,relevant studies on food safety,cooperative governance,and in Guangzhou city of Nansha District small catering food as an example,analysis of the existing in food safety management of small catering food in government departments,public organizations,operators,consumers and the multi subject parties,problems and influence,and then put forward some suggestions to solve the small food safety problems through collaborative governance.The full text is divided into seven parts,each part of the main contents are as follows: The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter mainly expounds the problem of this paper,research purpose and significance,analysis of domestic and international research status,to determine the research ideas and research methods.The second chapter is the related concepts and theories.This chapter is the theoretical basis and argument basis,related concepts,combs the food safety of small food safety related concepts,collaborative governance theory,collaborative research literature review of governance theory.The third chapter is about the problems of small catering food in Nansha District.Through questionnaires and interviews,we find out the problems of small catering food safety in Nansha District.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the problems existing in the food safety management of small catering food in Nansha District.Finds out the shortcomings,problems and influences of the various main parties in the food safety collaborative management of small catering.The fifth chapter is the experience of other countries or regions.The experience of food safety supervision and management in developed countries and other parts of the country is analyzed.The sixth chapter is the suggestions and Countermeasures for the manageme nt of the food safety of small food and beverage.According to the above to find out the problems and the reasons,first,the establishment of government,third party organizations,enterprises and the public were multi subject cooperative governance small food safety model,and then put forward the suggestions and Countermeasures of cooperative governance small food food safety according to the above problems and model.The seventh chapter is the main conclusions and research prospects.
