In the current market environment where challenges and opportunities are intertwined,how to meet the market demand for high quality,high service and fine categories while still maintaining a low price has become the focus of sportswear enterprises.While the materials related to the final sale product are called direct production materials,and the purchased goods and services unrelated to the final sale product are called indirect materials.The procurement of indirect materials is called indirect procurement,or unproductive procurement.With the intensification of market competition and the improvement of market information transparency,the cost saved by direct procurement becomes less and less,and the importance of indirect procurement management to the cost saving of enterprises gradually emerges.Therefore,the optimization of indirect purchasing management in stores is a direction worth studying.This paper takes K Company,a sportswear enterprise,as an example.The paper combines theory with practice.According to the current situation of indirect material purchasing management in stores of K Company,the relevant process of indirect material purchasing is analyzed.Based on supply chain management,procurement management and other relevant theoretical knowledge and application,feedback from stores and suppliers is collected.Moreover,SPSS software is used to analyze the historical order data of stores and the order score of suppliers,and the rules are analyzed by combining the basic data information of stores.It is found that K Company has some problems in the indirect purchasing management of stores,such as the lack of procurement review process,the single cost control mode,the lack of store ordering management,and the imperfect management of suppliers.Then,a deep analysis of the causes of these problems is carried out,and an optimization plan is proposed for K Company in terms of procurement review process,ordering management,material optimization,supplier management and other aspects combined with relevant theoretical knowledge in management.It is mainly reflected in three aspects.First,optimize the procurement audit process,save time cost and labor cost,and indirectly save procurement cost.Strengthen procurement personnel training,build compliance management mechanism,improve procurement team performance assessment;Second,through the correlation analysis of the hidden relationship between products,the use of package ordering method to obtain the optimal cost price.Optimize the ordering mode,develop standardized ordering standards,and enhance the sense of rights and responsibilities of stores;Third,improve supplier access standards,establish strategic supplier cooperation mechanism,and do a good job in supplier management and scientific supplier evaluation system.These methods can achieve mutual benefit and win-win results for both parties,improve the benefits and efficiency of both parties.The above scheme can strengthen the scientific management of indirect procurement related to K Company’s stores,optimize costs,achieve store operation objectives,and enhance K Company’s competitiveness in the industry.
