E LCD Panel Enterprise Raw Material Supplier Management And Procurement Method Selection

The LCD industry is a national strategic emerging industry.With the changes of domestic and foreign environment,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Under such circumstances,if LCD enterprises want to ensure a stable operating income and profit margins to secure a position in the field,they should not only promote product innovations,but also continuously improve the stable supply,operational efficiency and reduce the cost to enhance responsiveness and competitiveness.Meanwhile,with the ever-increasing industrial competition and ever-higher requirements for the cost,and delivery time of LCD industry,the raw material procurement,an important source of manufacturing enterprises,has a direct impact on production cost and enterprise operating profits.Targets at various problems in the procurement of raw materials of E company,especially for supplier management and procurement method selection,such as insufficient supply resources;supplier selection and management issues;poor implementation of centralized procurement mode,etc.This paper aims to bring improvement measures,such as supplier classification management;establishment of supplier redundancy;use of AHP analytic method for supplier selection;centralized procurement.It is not only helpful for E company to improve their own competitiveness,but also provide comparison and reference for the whole LCD industry.There are 18 figures,27 Tables,and 35 references in this dissertation.
