| Under the background of population aging,the number of working-age people is gradually decreasing,making it difficult for the manufacturing industry to attract talents and inherit technology.Labor shortage has become a common problem in labor-intensive industries around the world.To ease labor conflict,countries have adopted similar measures:encouraging birth,delaying retirement,easing immigration policies,and intelligent manufacturing.For enterprises,labor shortage has become a global common problem.This paper mainly discusses the management measures of enterprises under the background of labor shortage.Taking S Company as an example,due to the lack of perfect talent echelon construction,there is a gap between talent and technology when management retire.This paper will take this as a case study,the reasons for the labor shortage and technical gap,and the impact on the enterprise,and study the corresponding measures for related problems.Combined with PEST and SWOT analysis methods,the scientific way of enterprise management and the specific operation method of building talent echelon are discussed by using the nine-circle of talents and various evaluation tools,so as to make reasonable prediction and planning of enterprise employment.Combined with two-factor theory,total compensation theory,Maslow’s demand theory and other theoretical tools to study scientific incentive policies,encourage young employees to innovate,guide employees to establish a benign intergenerational relationship,and reduce the barriers in the process of "mentoring".Formulate relevant rules and regulations,so as to avoid the reemployment policy becoming unified and welfare,rather than out of necessity.Research demand-side reform programs such as intelligent manufacturing to reduce dependence on labor. |
