According to data from the National Bureau of Statistics,since 2016,my country’s life service industry has begun to develop by leaps and bounds,and its share of domestic GDP has increased year by year.This not only meets the needs of consumers for a better life,but also solves a large number of employment problems for the country.Therefore,the catering industry is one of the important sectors of the local life service industry.As of the end of 2019,the market size of China’s catering industry exceeded the 470 million mark.The catering industry is still at a relatively early stage.Most businesses are limited to takeaways and group purchases.There are still gaps in the construction of supply chains and membership management systems.This is not good for catering companies that reduce costs and improve efficiency.As the release of the "Opinions on Deepening Reform and Strengthening Food Safety Work"(released in 2019)and the changes in the market environment,industry requirements have also been upgraded.If catering companies entering the catering market under the new environment expect to gain more living space,they must make adjustments in their business directions.Based on this background,this article analyzes the sufficient conditions and necessary conditions for the formation of high net profit configuration of listed company catering companies,and provides suggestions for listed company catering companies to stabilize their net profits and fulfill their social responsibilities.In theory,This paper combines macro and micro factors to study the net profit of catering enterprises.Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis for Combination of various factors that affect the net profit of listed companies’ catering companies,and by simplifying its effective path,the core and auxiliary conditions for forming a high-income configuration are obtained,and finally the case analysis is returned.In practice,it is based on finding the path of high net profit for catering companies of listed companies,and hopes to further promote the continuous upgrading of urban and rural residents’ consumption,supply-side reforms,and assist catering businesses to continuously explore the control of operating parameters to improve catering Performance.Propose development directions for catering companies that will continue to enter the catering market in the future.This paper selects the financial data and non-financial information of the catering companies of listed companies from 2017 to 2019,and applies the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to integrate 5 condition variables.The research found:(1)The configuration of high business net profit is divided into 3paths,Among them,the first path refers to the connection and match between brand duration and supply chain construction,the second path refers to the linkage and matching of long brand duration,average price per customer and high scale,and the third path refers to high scale and long brand duration.Matching with the supply chain construction,the path analysis shows that the core conditions are the brand duration and the supply chain construction,and the enterprise scale is the auxiliary condition;(2)The previous conditions are simplified,and the per-customer consumption level is excluded,and the analysis is carried out in the vertical direction.At the time,it was discovered that the brand duration has a certain weakening of the consumption level per customer.When the brand duration factor is strong,the negative effect of the high consumption level per customer is obviously suppressed. |
