Now individual contest among enterprises has been turning into collective contest among supply chains. In the face of more and more drastic contest circumstances, can operation policies be successfully carried out in order to gain contest advantages only if supply chain performance is properly assessed. Proper performance assessment ought to correspond with policy, structure, management style and flow of organization, which provides operators and managers of supply chain methods of policy implementation and daily operation and assessment by some key performance indices. The foundation of proper supply chain performance assessment system is the basis of its effective operation and management. However, traditional supply chain assessment techniques are just "stationary" assessment, which neglect the randomness and uncertainty of dynamic supply chain and nonlinear relations of performance indices. As for such complicated performance assessment system of supply chain, the dissertation systemically and deeply studies performance assessment framework, performance indices, assessment models, evaluation techniques and their properties of dynamic supply chain. The dissertation is organized by the following four sections. Section 1 raises the main question to be studied on theoretical and empirical background. It has reviewed the literature on supply chain management, performance measurement and relative methods theory. Intelligent information processing techniques suitable for performance measurement of dynamic supply chain are introduced and analyzed as well. Therefore, the main scope and research roadmap of the dissertation are proposed. Secondly, the dimension of vendor added, the traditional 4D-BSC is extended into 5D dynamic BSC of supply chain and the performance architecture of dynamic supply chain is obtained in combination with the Supply-Chain Operations Reference model (SCOR).Then the method of choice, optimization and process of performance indices are introduced in the dissertation. Furthermore, some performance assessment models of dynamic supply chain are made from different perspectives by such intelligent information process methods as fuzzy synthetical analysis, Markov chain forecast, Rough Set and BP neural networks, which reflect interactive relationship between decision and performance of Agile Virtual Enterprise (AVE). With regard to the performance assessment models based on fuzzy synthetical analysis and Markov chain forecast, fuzzy relationship matrixes of supply chain performance are deduced and final performance assessment results are obtained by numerical calculation. What's more, performance variety tendency is got owing to decision support function of Markov chain forecast theory. About the performance assessment models based on Rough Set, performance assessment decision tables of dynamic supply chain are made and the decision rule set of performance forecast is attained by Rough Set reduction technique. Moreover, the hybrid method incorporating Rough Set reduction and fuzzy synthetical evaluation is utilized for performance assessment of supply chain. It distinctly downsizes input datum and reduce the complexity of model resolve. As far as the performance assessment models based on BP neural network are concerned, the idea is that BP neural network theory presents the means to study and predict the performance assessment results of dynamic supply chain. And that, the method is combined with Rough Set reduction in order to simplify the neural network structure. Thus, the practicability is better. The performance assessment models of dynamic supply chain above are resolved, simulated and verified in the dissertation. The assessment results are tested and the aspects of these performance assessment models are analyzed and summarized. Experiment results show that the performance assessment models and techniques put forward in the dissertation are scientific and efficient. The dissertation conclusions supplement and deepen the current insufficiency in the performance assessment study and application of dynamic supply chain. They provide supply chain researchers and managers important ideas and techniques, and also provide more academic bases and practice means for policy decision of supply chain.
