Economic globalization and modern high-tech is developing faster and faster, enterprises are facingincreasing pressure. The companies are now faced that the development of high-tech makes productcategories increasing more and more and the quality get better and better, the concept of consumersincreasing more rational and want to spend the modest money to buy goods with superior functionality. Inthis case, companies can only focus on the advantages of resources to develop their core competencies. Butat the same time they have to concern and union the outside power to develop together in order to enhancecompetitiveness in the market. This is the reason to bring the theory of supply chain collaborationmanagement. Those individual enterprises try to be strong in every field will be lose more than gain.Therefore, the "vertical integration" model of traditional large and all-inclusive or small and all-inclusivedevelopment has been abandoned gradually, and the co-development of "horizontal integration"development model gets a quick response from the market.Collaborative supply chain management can not be used successful and smooth from the beginning,it should be detect the performance by certain pattern or method. It should find out the problem inCollaborative management by some kind of evaluation model, and feedback to decision makers to refer towhen making decisions. Therefore, we designed the performance evaluation model of supply chaincollaborative management and conduct an empirical analysis on this basis. This thesis can be divided intothree main sections.The first part is about building a Collaborative Supply Chain Management Performance EvaluationIndex System. First, we discuss the origin of the Collaborative Supply Chain Management, how is theevolution; what are the advantages compared with the traditional model of enterprise arrangement. Then weconsider the idea of supply chain collaboration Management Performance Evaluation Index System, ofcourse, we also made reference to the experience of the existing building performance evaluation indexsystem. The development of modern high-tech mostly embodied in the development of informationtechnology, the information index factors in the supply chain collaboration management performanceevaluation index system must be considered, this is our own innovation, and we also must consider that the collaborative supply chain must maintain a core competitive advantage. Therefore, the corecompetitiveness indicator is also the key performance indicators of our consideration in the buildingprocess of index system.The second part is about building an application model for the supply chain collaboration managementperformance evaluation system application model. We investigated the analytic hierarchy process andfuzzy theory combined to build the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process evaluation model. Even this approachhas been proposed and been used, we have our new innovation in this thesis. For the Performanceindicator data we take a non-linear non-dimensional approach, which is more suitable for evaluation ofqualitative and quantitative indicators. In addition, we consider that use an obscure analytic method toconduct the pros and cons of the various indicators assessment and a comprehensive evaluation of theoverall membershipThe third part is a reference to a large retail enterprise indicators data and reference to the fuzzyanalytic hierarchy process model to the empirical analysis. On the basis of this analysis, we go on asuperior assessment of the Collaborative Supply Chain Management, and advance the improvementmeasures.In the end of this thesis, we analyzed the innovation point and deficiencies of supply chaincollaborative innovation management performance evaluation, and the development trends and prospects.If we combine this study and network systems together to build information sharing collaborativemanagement platform, it will be more practical significance. Of course, these research results in practice isnot a simple matter, you also need in-depth study and exploration. However, the domestic supply chaincollaboration research is not too much, existing research is mostly about the exploration Index System andless in the discussion of the evaluation model, in this regard we are lagging behind foreign correspondingstudy. Therefore, our research is exploration and practical significance.
