Abstract/Summary:
Every company in the supply chain of manufacturing enterprises is called a supply chain node.The interdependence and mutual influence between node enterprises make the complexity of the supply chain change with the change of the number of node enterprises.If the number of nodes is too large,the supply chain will be longer,which will more easily lead to ’ bullwhip effect ’.If the number of nodes is too small,although the efficiency of information transmission will be improved compared with the number of nodes,it is not easy to form economies of scale,and enterprises can not obtain a larger market.Therefore,for the more complex manufacturing enterprise supply chain,it is necessary to remove the nodes to improve the operational efficiency of the supply chain.For a relatively simple supply chain,it is necessary to appropriately increase some nodes and expand its production and operation scale.Increasing or reducing node enterprises need to have a theoretical basis,if only based on experience to adjust the supply chain structure,will not guarantee the maximization of enterprise supply chain efficiency.Firstly,this article decomposes the overall goal of the supply chain of manufacturing enterprises,extracts the sub-goals of each type of node enterprises,and combines the sub-goals and expert evaluation to determine the impact indicators of changes in different types of node enterprises on supply chain performance,so as to construct a complete set of evaluation index system for the impact of node changes on supply chain performance of manufacturing enterprises.Then,a quantitative supply chain performance evaluation model is constructed by using multi-attribute fuzzy matrix and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,through the collection and analysis of the actual data of case D company,the constructed model is used to evaluate its performance,and the evaluation results are compared with the actual situation to test the accuracy and credibility of the constructed model.In the previous literature research,the selection of supply chain performance indicators is mostly from the overall perspective to construct the supply chain performance indicator system.Few articles construct the supply chain performance evaluation indicator system from the perspective of the node enterprises that make up the supply chain.This article divides the supply chain node enterprises into four types,namely,suppliers,manufacturers,distributors and third-party logistics.The constructed supply chain performance evaluation indicator system of manufacturing enterprises is more practical.This article studies the influence of the change of supply chain node enterprises in manufacturing enterprises on supply chain performance.Enterprises with complex supply chain can evaluate the impact of supply chain performance when removing node enterprises,so as to achieve the purpose of lean supply chain after removing nodes.Similarly,when enterprises consider adding nodes,they can also use this as a guiding basis,so that the added node enterprises can improve the efficiency of the supply chain.By evaluating the supply chain performance after the node is added or removed,it further provides the corresponding decision-making reference for the core enterprise to realize the optimization of the supply chain network structure.
