As the first productive force,science and technology have become the core competitiveness of construction enterprises,and the sustainable development of construction enterprises increasingly depends on scientific and technological innovation.The construction industry in China is increasingly significant to the national economic growth,but its scientific and technological factors to promote industrial upgrading benefits are not prominent.Based on the high energy consumption,low efficiency properties of the construction enterprise itself,some construction enterprises are still on the go "imitating digestion" technology,has failed to emphasis on science and technology innovation of enterprises and investment,and economic "two skin" science and technology,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into real productive forces,not out of the new road of "absorb innovation" self competitiveness.This thesis discusses the current situation of the construction industry and enterprises in China,and puts forward measures and suggestions for the technological development level of each construction enterprise.In this thesis,45 listed construction enterprises are investigated,and the relevant data are widely collected from the three levels of science and technology input,science and technology foundation and science and technology output.Finally,26 enterprises are selected to calculate their comprehensive science and technology level.This paper adopts the methods of literature survey and expert questionnaire to construct the evaluation system of construction enterprise’s science and technology level,uses the method of order relation analysis to assign weight to each index,converts and calculates the quantity value of each matter element based on the matter-element extension model,and obtains the comprehensive evaluation result of the evaluation object.Finally,the comprehensive score of the scientific and technological level of each evaluation object is ranked,and the technological level of the investigated enterprise is divided into five grades: initial,primary,good and excellent,in order to provide suggestions for the development of construction enterprises.The ranking results of the scientific and technological level of construction enterprises show that the national policy plays a role in promoting the scientific and technological level of construction enterprises,and the performance of state-owned enterprises is more prominent than that of private enterprises in the science and technology sector.The r&d investment of construction enterprises has the highest contribution to the technological level of enterprises.In order to catch up with other industries from individual enterprises to the industry as a whole,to occupy the core competitiveness from technological innovation and to grasp the development initiative,construction enterprises in China as a whole need to increase their investment in the development of science and technology.In this thesis,the results of comprehensive evaluation method and conducive to building two-wheel driven to the growth of enterprise technology innovation and efficiency,is helpful for enterprises to self-evaluation of their own scientific and technological innovation level,the regulation and supervision of the national science and technology department,but also for such huge data system evaluation provides a feasible operating method of solution.
