Abstract/Summary:
Since 2007 construction machinery industry has experienced five years of rapid growth.Starting in 2012,influenced by industry overcapacity and economic situation,construction machinery industry is encountering unprecedented winter season and confidence crisis.In order to reduce the burden of survival in 2015,all the large engineering machinery manufacturers decided to layoff.As the world’s first brand of construction machinery industry Caterpillar’s dealer Xin Chang is also facing with tremendous impact.They hope to improve the operation efficiency and productivity as the target,in terms of human resources management,mainly through optimizing human resource configuration to reduce overall labor costs,travel light in response to a complex changing market environment.This article starts with the related theories of human resource allocation,and elaborates on the connotation of human resources,the significance of human resource allocation,and the optimization of human resource allocation.Based on this,it discusses the operation and the deployment of human resources.The situation was applied for research.Analyzed the current shortage and waste of corporate human resources,the mismatch between the current flow of human resources management system in the enterprise,and the actual disconnection between the human resources planning and the company’s strategic business,etc.Through the detailed analysis with different approaches,a human resource optimization plan was formulated.We optimized the allocation of human resources in terms of quantity,structure and quality.According to the difference of job functions,we conduct multiple analysis on job responsibilities,financial and operational data,then finally adjusted and evaluated the plan dynamically during the implementation.The purpose of this paper is to explore human resources allocation of trading companies in construction machinery industry,as a reference for the same type enterprise to solve such problems.
