| The continued impact of the post-epidemic era has prompted more and more industries and enterprises to accelerate the implementation of digital projects and promote digital transformation.Human resources,as the main resource of digital projects,often encounter resource conflicts during project development.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of digital projects and achieve the strategic goal of promoting digital transformation,enterprises need to establish effective human resource allocation methods to solve the above problems.This thesis takes X enterprise’s digital projects as the research object,and proposes an effective optimization solution for the human resource allocation problems and causes that exist in it.Firstly,optimize the existing organizational structure of the project to a process-oriented multi-project management structure.Secondly,establish a digital project priority evaluation system,based on the balanced scorecard and combined with expert opinion to establish the evaluation index system;combined with the use of hierarchical analysis and entropy weighting method to determine the combination of indicators;and using the TOPSIS evaluation method to calculate the priority order of each project.Finally,construct a dynamic human resource allocation model based on critical chain method,optimize project duration and resource allocation by identifying project critical chains and setting buffer zones,adjust human resource conflicts according to project priority order,and use Gantt chart to present the process of human resource allocation adjustment.The effectiveness of the optimization solution was verified by comparing the project duration and the number of resources required before and after the optimization.This thesis proposes four measures: building a project management information system platform,establishing a knowledge sharing mechanism,strengthening multiproject employee training,and optimizing multi-project employee incentive mechanism to ensure the effectiveness of X enterprise’s digital project human resource allocation plan.The optimization scheme proposed in this thesis effectively solves the human resource allocation problem in X enterprise’s digital projects,improves resource utilization and reduces enterprise costs. |
