Study On The Influencing Factors Of Consumption Structure Of Landless Farmers In Chang-zhu-tan Area

As China enters a new stage of accelerated urbanization,the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)highlights the new urbanization path with people as the core,and elevates this path to the national strategic height of constructing a new pattern.In this process,the proportion of land-lost farmers in the consumer groups increased,becoming increasingly important consumer groups.The " Compensation for relocation" brought about by urbanization also brings about new changes in the consumption capacity and demand of land-lost farmers,resulting in changes in their consumption structure.The party’s 20th Congress raised the issue of consumption,with emphasis on guiding a frugal and moderate way of life and opposing ineffective and excessive consumption.This study explores the impact of different factors on the consumption of landless farmers in Changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan area.This study takes the consumption structure of landless peasants in chang-zhu-tan area as the starting point.The first step is to introduce the background of the topic selection and to expound the theoretical and practical significance of the topic selection,read the relevant research theories,define the main concepts and clarify the theoretical basis of the research.The third step,summed up the current phase of the relevant policy related to land acquisition and demolition of Changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan area and design a questionnaire.The fourth step,carries on the descriptive statistical analysis to the Changzhutan area landless farmer family consumption structure.The fifth step,first,the independent variables and other variables to assume the relationship between the next to describe the variables,and finally introduce the regression model,empirical research.The sixth step,to the whole research analysis summary,and according to the analysis result puts forward the suggestion.The core of this paper is data analysis,that is,the external support of consumers and consumer characteristics as independent variables,survival,development and enjoyment of consumption structure as the dependent variables of this study,and through the construction of Logistic regression model analysis of independent variables on the dependent variable of the impact of the relationship and degree,the final results of the study.The results show that the consumption types of landless farmers tend to be diversified,and are influenced and supported by consumer characteristics and external support.Specifically including consumer characteristics variables:household annual income,household labor force level has a positive impact on the consumption structure,it shows that the more the annual income of the family,the higher the level of the family labor force,the more the development-oriented and enjoyment-oriented consumption structure.The ratio of the number of the sick and disabled has a negative effect on the consumption structure,indicating that the more the number of the sick in the family,the more the consumption of the landless peasant family deviates from the survival consumption structure Among the external support variables,family network support and friends network support have positive effects on consumption structure.Among them,the closer the living distance between relatives and friends,the closer the contact,the more the consumption of land-lost peasant families development-type and enjoyment-type consumption structure.On the premise of the above,four countermeasures are proposed:first,to guide the landless peasants to re-employment;second,to overcome the problems of social security for landless peasants;third,to guide the landless peasants to consume correctly;fourth,propagandizes the traditional thrifty consumption pattern and so on.So we can improve the consumption structure of land-lost farmers,promote the health and scientific consumption of land-lost farmers,improve the living standard of land-lost farmers and promote economic development.
