Study On Welfare Changes And Influencing Factors Of Landless Farmers

In recent years,with the continuous advancement of urbanization,land expropriation is increasingly related to issues,among which the welfare of land-lost farmers is the first to bear the brunt.It is not only related to the sustainable livelihood of land-lost farmers,but also one of the key factors affecting the relationship between government and people.What changes have happened to the welfare level of land-lost farmers after land expropriation?What are the factors affecting the welfare changes of different types of land-lost farmers?The study of these problems is of great practical significance to solve the sustainable livelihood of land-lost farmers.Based on sen’s "feasible ability" theory,this study established 6 functional indexes of land-lost farmers’ welfare,and selected 22 most representative secondary evaluation indexes to jointly build a comprehensive index system reflecting farmers’ production and living standards.Then,206 land-lost farmers in Jinan are taken as samples,and the welfare of land-lost farmers is measured by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the factors affecting the welfare change of land-lost farmers are quantitatively analyzed by multiple linear regression model.Finally,some feasible countermeasures are put forward for the purpose of improving the welfare and livelihood sustainability of land-lost farmers.The results show that: after land expropriation,the overall welfare of land-lost farmers has been reduced,which should focus on family economic status,living conditions,psychological factors and other aspects;There are also differences in welfare changes among different types of farmers.Compared with low-income land-lost farmers,high-income land-lost farmers have a relatively large room for welfare improvement.At the same time,different factors have different impacts on the interests of land-lost farmers,especially in the fairness of land expropriation,the importance of farmers’ views,and the acquisition of the revolving house.Except for the dependent population ratio,the other factors are in the same direction with the welfare changes of land-lost farmers.In order to improve the welfare level of land-lost farmers,the government should be in the bottom line on the basis of fair,strengthen farmers’ participation,the diversified innovation compensation mode,advocate heterogeneous choice,employment channels and train the ability of sustainable livelihoods,promote the welfare level of ascension and the acquisition of the land-losing farmers,happiness and power of urban and rural integration development.
