| In the background of the economic development of our country has entered the age of the new normal, entrepreneurship has become a new norm, lead to achieve the development of new, have made it clear that our government will "public entrepreneurship, peoples innovation" as a new engine of economic growth. And with the continuous development of migrant workers heading back home in recent years, the government clearly put forward to widen the channel of the urban and rural entrepreneurship, realize the entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities, support the development of home business agglomeration, migrant workers return home entrepreneurship ushered in the unprecedented opportunity. At present scholars study of migrant workers return home entrepreneurship rarely connect entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurial motivation, on the relationship between the entrepreneurial culture and the migrant workers return home entrepreneurship motivation research is relatively lacking. But for entrepreneurship, the stage of entrepreneurial motivation will directly affect the entrepreneurial activity is carried out and the future development direction, in a very important position in the whole process of entrepreneurship, and culture is an important factor of influence of entrepreneurial motivation. Therefore, under the background of the "public entrepreneurship, peoples innovation" and the migrant workers return home entrepreneurship, study the effect of entrepreneurial culture to migrant workers return home entrepreneurship motivation, to cultivate entrepreneurial culture, promote the migrant workers return home entrepreneurship has very important significance.In this paper, through literature review at home and abroad about entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial motivation, migrant workers of entrepreneurial motivation as well as the entrepreneurial culture research were summarized, according to the basic theory of entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurial motivation to build the entrepreneurial culture’s influence on migrant workers return home entrepreneurship motivation research hypothesis model, and proposes the research hypothesis. After designs the questionnaires, selection of jiangxi region has business returning migrant workers as the object to carry out the questionnaire. In this paper, using SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software for recycling of 205 valid questionnaires were descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, test research hypothesis, and finally draws the following conclusions.(1) The entrepreneurial culture of individualism, uncertainty avoidance weak, masculism such as cultural dimension has positive influence on factors of migrant workers return home entrepreneurship motivation.(2) The entrepreneurial culture of the tradition of family business, circle of friends entrepreneurial success, successful entrepreneurs such as the surrounding areas of regional entrepreneurial culture has positive influence on entrepreneurial motivation factors for migrant workers returning home. Finally, according to the research conclusion, from the perspective of cultivating regional entrepreneurial culture to the construction of entrepreneurial culture area of jiangxi province put forward some countermeasures and suggestions. |
