Research On The Influencing Factors Of Migrant Workers’ Willingness To Return Home And Start Businesses In Harbin

The year 2022 is the key year to promote rural revitalization.The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)held a thorough discussion on comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and development.It is required to make strategic arrangements based on the actual situation of rural areas.The government and relevant departments should clarify the work of rural revitalization and development,and strengthen the sense of responsibility and mission of rural leaders.The "Implementation Opinions on Further Supporting the Employment and Entrepreneurship of Migrant Workers" issued by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau clearly pointed out that the employment and entrepreneurship of migrant workers need to be viewed from a critical perspective,and the importance of entrepreneurship and employment of migrant workers should be recognized.Migrant workers are an important indicator of rural revitalization and development,a solid foundation for poverty alleviation,and a key factor for achieving social prosperity and development.At present,we should vigorously promote the return of migrant workers to start businesses,increase their employment opportunities,and give full play to their personal advantages.At the same time,migrant workers can also bring back the knowledge and technology learned in the city to their hometown,thus promoting rural construction and human development.However,the premise for migrant workers to return home for entrepreneurship is to have a potential willingness to return home for entrepreneurship,which is the beginning of entrepreneurship.Through the study of migrant workers’ willingness to return home for entrepreneurship,find out the main influencing factors,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve migrant workers’ willingness to return home for entrepreneurship.In the process of comprehensively promoting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,Harbin,as a representative city in the northeast,should receive more attention and consideration from scholars.This paper takes Harbin,Heilongjiang Province as the research area,selects migrant workers in some districts and counties of Harbin as the survey objects,and conducts a questionnaire survey around migrant workers’ willingness to return home and start businesses and its influencing factors through online(questionnaire star)and offline(field visit).A total of 412 valid questionnaires were collected in this survey.First,the data were analyzed with the help of SPSS software.After the questionnaire passed the reliability test and validity test,descriptive statistical analysis was carried out to preliminarily understand the basic situation of the sample data.Secondly,the exploratory factor analysis was carried out on the data,and four factors affecting the willingness to return home and one factor of the willingness to return home were extracted.On this basis,the data are analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis through AMOS software to ensure that the data fit meets the standard.Finally,the path coefficient is obtained by establishing the structural equation model,which verifies the proposed research hypothesis.Finally,the result of model analysis shows that the four influencing factors,including personal factor,family factor,entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial policy,have a significant positive impact on migrant workers’willingness to return home and start businesses.According to the empirical analysis results,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:First,from the perspective of personal factors,strengthen entrepreneurship training and quality training to improve the comprehensive quality of migrant workers.Second,from the perspective of family factors,reduce the impact of negative family factors,so that entrepreneurs have strong backing.Third,from the perspective of entrepreneurial environment,we should increase investment in rural entrepreneurial environment and further narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.Fourth,from the perspective of entrepreneurship policy,strengthen the rural entrepreneurship policy to meet the policy needs of migrant workers.
