The economic foundation determines people’s living standards,and the quality of the economic foundation directly determines what way of life people choose.The rising GDP of national product not only improves people’s living standards,but also encourages people to increase the pursuit of spiritual life.Tourism has become a rising hot industry,making great contributions to the gross domestic product,but also brought a new beginning to the development of the resort.China’s resorts have experienced a long history,and with the continuous economic development and improvement of policies,it also means that the market competitiveness of the resort will continue to enhance.The fierce market competition also promotes the continuous upgrading and optimization of the resort marketing strategy.If the resort wants to achieve long-term development,on the one hand,it is the interpretation and grasp of the macro policy,on the other hand,it studies the market situation and develops reasonable and effective marketing strategies from the reality.The research object of this article is Y Tourism Resort.As a large resort in the three northeastern provinces,many successful experience can be learned.Through the analysis of the case and the questionnaire survey.First,investigate the marketing situation and existing problems of Y tourism resort,find the difficulties and difficulties of marketing at present,analyze the existing resources and capabilities of the resort,and understand the specific development and utilization.Secondly,in order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the problems existing in the marketing strategy of Y tourism resort,conduct a survey for the target consumers to collect and obtain data,and study the consumer behavior.In the research process,in order to better understand the political background,economic level,social environment and technical support that help its development,this paper uses PEST analysis tools to analyze and explain the external environment of the enterprise in detail,and analyzes the own resources and capabilities of the enterprise.This article uses a 7P marketing strategy to optimize the resort overall in seven aspects.Based on the fierce market competition,Y tourism resort makes it develop more rapid,making enterprise management tends to be professional.In addition to this,the marketing strategies for resorts proposed in this paper can apply to similar resorts or bring them some new ideas.
