Under the background of accelerating globalization and increasingly fierce in dustry competition,the survival and development conditions of enterprises have c hanged to different degrees,and new challenges have emerged in the human res ource management of enterprises.However,as a key factor,"human" is always t he most stable and reliable focus of enterprises.Employee engagement is an imp ortant factor affecting the core competitiveness of enterprises.High level of enga gement means that employees can be active in their work and maintain efficient creativity and execution,which is conducive to the healthy development of ente rprises and individuals.Engagement fluctuates with time and environment.The m ain factors that determine employee engagement are work resources and work de mands.Employees usually regard leaders as the representatives of enterprises and values or policies,so different leadership styles have a great impact on their su bordinates' work attitude and behavior.As a typical leadership style,transformati onal leadership can effectively improve employees' internal motivation,stimulate t heir work enthusiasm and higher-level needs.According to the relevant domestic and foreign literature,and China's unique social background,this thesis builds a theoretical model between transformationa 1 leadership and the employee engagement.And used an Suzhou enterprise associ ates as the investigation object to conducted a questionnaire survey.A total of 500 questionnaires have been issued and recovered 490 questionnaires.Meanwhile,the thesis used statistical software SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 17.0 were used to deepl y analyze the impact path of leadership on employee engagement,also the differ ences of e-leadership,employee engagement and perceived organizational support on the demographic variablesThe analysis result shows that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on the employee engagement.The four dimensions of transformational leadership--leadership charisma,vision motivation,intellectual stimulation and personalized care all have positive influence on the engagement.On the other hand,the three dimensions of the engagement--vitality,dedication and concentration are all have positive influence on the transformational leadership.It is concluded that the sense of organizational support plays a mediating role between the transformational leadership style and employee engagement,and proposes corresponding suggestions.Enterprises need to change management ideas,attach importance to corporate culture construction,create an atmosphere that cares for employee development,and enhance employee engagement.Degree,help companies continue to grow and develop.
