Nowadays more and more managers begin to turn their attention to the importance ofemployee initiative, so employees are not only expected to accomplish their ownresponsible tasks in an very excellent fashion, but also should be capable of contributinggood ideas and exerting efforts for the innovation and development of companies. Voicebehavior is an outward manifestation of the initiative of employees, and these positiveviews and opinions given by employees can contribute to the promotion of organization’sdevelopment and innovation. Some existing correlational studies find that leadership styleis a very important factor affecting employee voice. This thesis attempts to give a study onthe influence of transformational leadership on employee voice behavior in context ofChinese culture, revealing the action mechanism of psychological capital andorganizational support for employee voice behavior.Based on the theoretical review of transformational leadership,voice behavior,psychological capital and organizational support, this thesis, taking256employees as thesample and empirical analysis as the approach, proposed the hypothesis thattransformational leadership truly has influence on employees voice behavior and structured“transformational leadership-phycological capital,organization support-employee voicebehavior” study model. In addition, the sample data in this thesis was selected by meansof questionnaire survey, and SPSS19.0Statistics was also applied to verify the proposedhypothesis in an empirical analysis method.The result shows that transformational leadership is positively related to staff’s voicebehavior, psychological capital and its four dimensions-----self-efficiency, hope, tenacityand optimism, and perceived organization support.Besides transformational leadership,three dimensions of psychological capital and perceived organization support are alsopositively related to employee voice behavior.In addition that, this study also shows that psychological capital and perceived organization support, as the intervening variable,playan intermediary role between transformational leadership and employee voicebehavior.The study result of this thesis not only has theoretical significance, but alsoprovides relevant advice and strategies for the management of organization.
